These people are rude and they lie, plus they will call your phone at least 5 times a day.. no one should go through their program... If they were a honest program they would not be rude or lie.. so think twice before your go with them..

I've been getting calls from this number everyday. I'm the type of person who if you're not in my phone book I will not answer unless you leave a voice mail. For a number that calls all the time and does not leave a voice mail seems a little sketchy to me.

I been getting calls from this number but i never answer and they dont leave messages. Today i decided to call that number and of course i blocked my number, a gentleman answered the phone and i kinda did not respont right away however, he asked for me by name even though i blocked my #... I get 2 calls from this number every day including weekends...

Got a call from this number shortly after 9am today. Husband answered and they asked for me, but wouldn't state who they were and when he asked if they wanted to leave a message, they hung up. Just wondering if anyone else has gotten calls from this number and who they are.

I called this number back and I got a recording that said if I want to discontinue getting calls about furthering my education from Capital Education to enter my phone number. I did and the recorded stated I was now on their do not call list. Let's see if I get any further calls.
