My friend and I both got a call from this number today amongst other "unknown" or other long distance numbers.  What's the chances of friends getting the same calls, two different telephone numbers, around the same times.  Got a call yesterday from a forgein man from 512-271-7900.  Please look this number up on this site to hear my story.  We think somehow these "scamers" somehow got a list of our family and friends and are illegally using them all from our contact list from our cell phones as we confirmed the same numbers are being called to them.  Wow, are cell phones are not even safe!
