I get the same call several times a day. some one saying he is jay from debt relief solutions plase call back. I never answer but they still keep calling.

This is a company called Debt solutions. Keeps calling and leaving what sounds like a prerecorded message. Tried calling back to have them remove my name from their list, but can't get through. It is always busy.
