The pitch is he is looking for professionals to refer union members to, but that is not what he wants. He wants to sell a listing.

Broken English man identified himself as Eric Harison, a liaison for all Michigan Unions and Military.  He wanted me to be by a computer to walk me through the program to be listed as a preferred business for unions in my county.  The fee for 2 years is $365, but he could get me a 3 year listing in 2 counties for the same rate because I was so nice. Needless to say, my county wasn't one that he listed and if you're a liaison for Michigan, why are you calling from Nevada and can't speak ENGLISH.
