Definitely a scam message - you're not going to get $1500 free.
I strongly advise you do not message them back! Messaging them lets the scammers know that it is a working phone number, and encourages them to be persistent in messaging you.
Additionally, do not visit the site! In addition to it being a scam, it could have harmful viruses.
