I just called and pressed 2 to remove my number and someone answered right away and removed my number.

I got a call from this number several times this past week. They usually hang up by 2nd ring. Today I was next to the phone so I answered. Caller id says Hilton Grand Va . They offered me a free nights stay in Orlando. I said I wasn't interested. They offered me a free nights stay in other locations. I told them I wasn't interested and I was on the do not call list. They said they would put me on their do not call list. Is THEIR do not call list different from the government's do not call list? They should get a clue. We have stayed at Hiltons on vacation or conferences before. I would hope this isn't the way they are treating their customers.

Four of the seven calls we received today are from this caller. Like all of the calls we receive these days, they didn't leave a message. (We sometimes receive automated messages that talk over our voice message). We NEVER pick up (which may put us ON a scammers' or spammers' call list), and would NEVER press buttons (may open our line to their use).
I can't remember the last time I stayed at a Hilton. On 10/23 the Marriott called (407-903-6100) and a live person did leave a message (How rare!); I can't remember the last time we stayed at a Marriott.
We're on the Do Not Call List, and we haven't done business with these "hotels" in more years than I can remember.

Caller id says Hilton Grand VA. They keep calling but never leave a message. They hang up by second ring which is as early as I can get to the phone anyway. Very annoying.

We receive robo calls from this outfit every night at the same time, around 8:30 p.m. PST. It's affiliated with a time share scam based in Orlando Florida known as "Hilton Honors Vacation Club". Unfortunately, Hilton Hotels will share your personal information with such scam outfits, even if you didn't authorize it when you joined Hilton Honors. You can try to call Hilton Honors at (800) 446-6677, to have your name removed from the call list, supposedly. Good luck with that. Hilton puts you into voice mail hell and all you hear is music. I suggest that you get out of Hilton Honors until such time as the company gets serious about stopping this. I am. There are other great hotels to stay at, so avoid Hilton like the plague until its management gets the message, assuming that it cares.

I sent another e-mail to them. I also copied two executives, including their General Counsel. We will see if they get the message. If not, based on some specific questions and requests I made, the General Counsel (or those under her) is not doing her job.

I received two calls from them at work. The first call did not leave a message. I answered the second, but it had dead air.
I am a HHonors member. About 3 months ago, I was having problems with them calling my HOME phone number. I could not get them to stop calling me, so I sent an e-mail to HHonors telling them to stop calling me. They complied by not calling me at home. It seems as if they are trying to get around my request by using a loophole.

They have a new trick where they hack your business email/Instant Messaging via Outlook and Microsoft Link. Says "you missed a call from (702)-699-9727".

They call my cellphone twice a week but do not leave a message.

Received a call from them at my place of business, they hung up on me when I answered the phone. The caller ID showed 'Hilton Grand Vacations', but when I called back to have our number removed it was busy.

They keep calling, though my home phone is on the DoNotCall list, never leaving a message. If these people are connected to Hilton, the once-prestigious Hilton company must now be mismanaged. The government needs to do something about such irritating people.

This number continually calls me at my work number. I would like them to stop!
| Allison T 2012-10-04 17:33:54 Telemarketer |
Receive a call from this number once a day. Caller ID says "Hilton Grand Va" so I'm guessing it's "Vacations". First couple times I answered, they ask for my roommate, who isn't here, so they say they'll call back. And they do! I've just stopped answering when I see the number and they don't leave a message.

This is a telemarketer scam in violation of the DO-NOT-CALL LIST.
Do not answer,,,,,call block!
| ShillHammer 2012-02-22 23:03:48 Unknown |
Pressing 2, as the a-hole shill suggests, will simply confirm your number and you will be called repeatedly in this future by these fraudsters.

booked 2 nights at a Hampton Inn for an upcoming trip. Started receiving calls on my cell from from the Las Vegas number, no message when voicemail picked up. If this is Hilton, I will NEVER book with any of their hotels again!

Caller keeps calling, and when I answer to try to get information, there is no response. I can hear people talking in the background.

All very nice that they are cheerful when you ask them not to call BUT
when your phone number is on the DNC list they are in violation of the law.
If enough of us report them they'll be fined. So do it right now

I was getting calls with no messages to my cell number. Called the 800 number posted by another person here and asked to be removed. They were very polite and it took only a few minutes.
Call 800-932-4482, press 3, and then continue to hold for an agent.
