This company dials from various numbers all over the country. They called themselves account holder services and state that they are based out of los angeles, california. They are scammers seeking to obtain credit card information from the caller and representative even lied and stated that he received my credit information from visa and mastercard companies. Scam, scam, scam

Credit Card Services or so they say. Same story as everyone else is telling. Lets do this and try to get them busted. Go along with them and provide false information. Give them this number to call: 1-800-225-5324. This spells 1-800-CALL-FBI. It is a real number for the FBI. Maybe the FBI will get involved after a few hang-up calls from these guys.

Same thing...talking about having a credit card with them, when pressed said we didn't have a cc with them. Then when we informed them they broke ND laws by contacting us and they hung up!

They called, I pressed 1 and messed with some girl named tamara for a while. I doubt they will call back. Told them the call was traced and they were going to jail, total b.s. but wasted a bunch of their time. Wasting a bunch their time seems to piss them off and they remove your number. I guess they could just give it to others too. I don't mind, I kinda like messin with their heads.

Take your phone numbers off of this message; you are asking for trouble!

I got a call with caller ID showing 702-705-5032 and "Info Services". There was a recorded message, something about lowering my interest rate. I pressed 1 to speak to a live operator with the intention of requesting them to stop, but nobody came on the line.

My 92 year old mother continues to get call from 702-705-5032.
We can't seem to stop these people.
jen 2009-08-25 14:24:54 Unknown
I called the number back and it was a recording to press #1 to get off their calling list. I did that. So now we will see!

Person tries to get my credit card info. Gets nasty when I wouldn't give them information, then hangs up.

I received a call from this company--Client Services that said they were from Texas and wouldn't give me their address. They would lower my credit card interest rate to 6.99% Obviously a scam!!!!!!

Nancy, thanks for your report. It encouraged me to post one, too. Try the Do Not Call website and post your complain there. It has actually worked for me, and stops the calls for some weeks or months.

I've been getting calls from "Account Holder Services" for over two years, sometimes as many as 6 in a day. The service they are selling is help with credit card debt by getting your interest rates reduced.
I'm on the Do Not Call registry and should not be getting these calls. I've asked the caller repeatedly to take my number off their list, but each time the person hangs up. I've also asked repeatedly for the name of the company, as "Account Holder Services" sounds like a department. Again, the rep instantly hangs up.
Clearly this is a fraudulent company out to rip off people in debt by getting them to reveal all their credit card numbers.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau, which recommended that I go on the Do Not Call website and make a complaint. I've done so twice, and this actually works. It eliminates or reduces the calls for several months.
Then the calls begin again, I think with a new number. After some months of peace, I've started getting calls from "Account Holder Services" again, so now it's back to the Do Not Call website to make yet another complaint.
All the voices are American, and there's clearly a whole group of employees, like this is an actual company. It's so disheartening to realize that people are actually willing to work for a fraudulent company, and are out to do harm to others in need. In any case, buyer beware.

I continue to get telemarketing calls on both of my phones from 402-982-0814, 702-705-5032, 775-317-7604 and others although I have asked them numerous times to take me off their list and I am on the National No Call List. They are very rude when I make this request and they hang up on me. Then they start calling several times a day as if to torment me.
Long message - They say the name of the company is Account Holders Accounts, claiming to be calling about my credit cards to inform me that "there is no problem with your credit cards!" and that an offer to lower my interest rate to "6% or below" was about to expire. Sometimes the computer starts "This is Stacey ...."
If you press 3 to be taken off their list the whole message repeats, this happens over and over.
If you pressed 1 at the end of the message you get a live person with a bad attitude that will not give the name of the company or a phone number to call back on and they hang up on you.
I have asked for a manager and they just hang up on you too.
I called back on the 402-982-0814 and 702-705-5032 numbers and got a recording to push 1 if you want to be placed on thier do not call list. Didn't help, they still continue to call.
I tried calling back at the number on the caller ID (775-317-7604) and got a message that "Telephone services have not been established for this number."
It seems to be the same company using many different phone numbers so they can't get caught. I have reported it to the FCC with no response.

Elizabeth with the NAB called. She was soliciting credit card services again. I have asked Elizabeth to remove me from her calling list a number of times, but she keeps switching phone numbers to get around the FCC's rules.

Same - "says 'Sorry, wrong number' in female voice."
JHM 2008-10-31 02:25:26 Unknown
SPAM call from some service trying to reach a business phone number. Selling CC machines and service. Idiots.
Greg in Sparks, Nevada 2008-10-24 03:33:48 Unknown
At 8:29PM PDT tonight (October 23, 2008) I, too, received the respectably human, but still machine-generated, female voice saying, "I'm sorry, wrong number."
Mike 2008-10-22 00:30:33 Unknown
Same as others have posted about the "my mistake". I called back and it must be an outgoing junk fax or junk voice selling service. It does give the option to "opt-out" but no way will I give it the pleasure of my number.
So, where is the FCC phone number when I need it?
Uncle 2008-10-21 01:03:34 Unknown
Recorded female voice says: "Sorry about that. My mistake," and hangs up. I've gotten this message half a dozen times over the past few months, but this is the first time I had access to the calling number.
Mary 2008-10-17 03:13:53 Unknown
Elizabeth with Visa/Mastercard merchant services. Free credit card processing equipment and best deal on services, guaranteed. Left a different number than the one that showed up on caller ID.
Steve 2008-10-17 01:20:26 Unknown
When answered, machine voice said "sorry, wrong number" and immediately disconnected.
I dialed the number from my cell phone (free LD) and got a garbled voice mail with words indicating something about press, and removed.
