Called while I was at work. I picked up the phone and an autorecorder started talking about credit card consolidation. I wanted to tell whatever company was doing this to stop calling so I pressed 1 to speak with a customer service rep.

The rep got on the phone and started in with a spiel and I said "What is your company name", she replied, "Credit Card Services". I asked "Where are you located?", she hung up.

I called back and was presented with an option to remove myself from the list. I pressed one to do so, but the message kept repeating. If they call back again I am going to file a lawsuit against "John Doe" in my local small claims court and use that process to subpeona the records associated with that phone number.

I have found that when I remove myself from such lists, I continue to receive calls anyway. I remember removing myself from this list several times. I've attempted to look the phone number up Online, and all I know is that it is a Las Vegas, NV number, if that helps you any.

These people keep calling me. It's awful, I've tried to remove myself several times but it never works, they just keep calling from a different number each time but it's always the same recorded message.

"Card Services" from this number called me.  He said they were based in Georgia.  I tried to get more information, but he hung up.  I have had multiple calls from them to my cell phone... each time I ask questions about who they are, they hang up.
