We received a call from Sam Kirby today.  He is using a new phone number 702-778-1999. Claims to be calling form UnionToday.org. His call back number is 866-472-9716x709.

I received a call from Kelly 4/18/14 about union membership (firefighters, policemen, teachers, etc.  I told this is a very expensive county I service in Ca .  I wasn't by a computer and asked her to email me a link...needless to say I don't have the link.  Oh yes, the cost quoted was $380.00 for 2 years with no other charges.  Her captured number on my cell was Las Vegas.  I told her I don't sell there anymore and she tolme they service my county.  Didn't believe her.  Thanks to all of you for taking the time to post your experiences.

I also got a call from 702-330-4025 and now the person's name is Kelly Killbrook representing Oregon file union members looking for a realtor to refer to.

(702)330-4025 left message from "Kelly Kathleen" union liason for state of Oregon.  I looked at this site before returning call and now I know its a scam I won't call her back. thanks!

Sam Kirby hung up on me too when I confronted him about never receiving any referrals in 2 years (yes, I was gullible).  They are targeting just about every business.  Be careful out there!  TOTAL SCAM!

Don't be scammed by these so called "union liasons" calling from Imagewrite Corp. I was gullible enough to purchase advertising which supposedly would bring me business from union members. I purchased this last year, and today Mr. Kirby called me for some reason. When I confronted him with my suspicion that this whole thing was a scam, he hung up on me. So professional! Also, I have yet to receive any business from any union member who found me through this website and I have been advertising with them for an entire year.

"Mike" did not leave a last name but as Union Liaison rep for Oregon, is offering to refer business for union members and military to my travel agency.  HAH!   It's obvious he doesn't know much about how travel works, especially for the military!  Glad I decided to google it before I even wasted time calling him back.

I guess that after a while they changed phone numbers. I fell for this about five years ago and since then we have never had one rsponse. Sam Kirby wanted to renew my ad, which was never correct; it was full of errors, misspellings, etc. Phone number left with office was 866-472-9716, ext. 709. I will not bother to call him back.

I got a call from Sam Kirby today.  The number he used was 702-826-2813.  He actually answers this line.  He said he was calling to renew a subscription I had 4 years ago.   4 years ago I purchased 2 banners with United Work Force.  This organization was suppose to have a site for unions where purchasers could advertise goods and services.  The owners name was Jack Binen.  I was offered a guarantee and they refused to honor the guarantee.  The managers name I purchased from was Don Carillo (dcvegas2@hotmail.com).  The addresses they used at the time were:

Just got a call from "Union Today" website saying they were following up on a "sponsorship".  The guy did not want to give me info on who they were or when we had done business with them.  Demanded to know the owner's name (if we've done business with you, you'd already know that).  guy was pretty rude, continually cut me off, especially when I told him we don't take incoming calls of this nature.  760-705-8888, Escondido.

Our law firm just received a call from Sam Kirby stating that he wants to send all his union members to our law firm.  When I asked him to spell out the terms of his contract, he asked to speak with one of the attorneys.  I told him that I was the office manager and everything needed to be cleared through me.  He then told me that he wasn't going to give me any members because I wasn't being appreciative.  Then he hung up. I looked up his name and was glad to see people reporting him. Thanks everyone.

Just received a call from this number from someone claiming to be Mark Wiley.  He said he has a website where all Unions go to find life coaches.  He was very pushy, arrogant and rude and would not answer any questions.  I hung up on him.  Don't believe his B.S.

This company at Union Today.Org 1500 E Tropicana Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89119 Is a Scam!!!! I worked there for 2 hours. They use Magic Jack Phone lines, Do not give any kind of anticipated return on investment for the clientel. Do your self a favor and dont use them!!!! They tell you they will give a 72 hour cancellation. When they do they dont answer the phone to accept your cancellation. This is a way to line the pockets of there head honchos. They do not pay their employees either. They go through 30 callers a week. MINIMUM!!!

I also just talked to Sam Kirby looking for an accountant. When I told him that I could connect him to the managing partner, he said "ok no" and hung up on me. Since he was so rude and since I had kind of assumed it was a scam in the first place, I called him back and pretended like we were cut off. It was obviously the same person, but he pretended like he had no idea what I was talking about. It felt good to make him feel uncomfortable for a change!

Received a call from someone claiming to be Ted Rice, Union Liaison for the State of Florida...used phone number 702-410-5856. We are a licensed psychology business.

I received a call from Eddie Lakes, 702-570-7314 with "Union Today", but the caller ID said Image write.  He said he was looking for massage therapists as service providers for their union members in Louisiana.  The toll free number he gave me was 888-498-5381 ext. 722.

Same thing got a call from this guy today September 14th 2012.  Seems like a scam he wanted to re 165 dollars for 2 year contract.  Exact same number 702 area code.  I am a chiropractor in California.  Please send me additional info and I will send you more detailed information.  Thank you so much.

Got a call from this guy "Sam Kirby" who then put me on hold.  Another guy got on, to whom I said we were not interested.  "Sam Kirby" then called back and left a VM message saying how I was an idiot and that my business must be f****n' bad.  Nice company!

Got a call - only cost is to the design company they're outsourced. I asked if they had any analytic data, I was given to the caller's "trainer" who emphatically told me all about how many members were in the area I was interested in. However, when I asked if he had any basic information on clickthroughs or other metrics, I was told "they don't have time to monitor that".

First rule of selling space on a website - have your numbers available.

Don't think they'll be suckering me in any time soon. I was born on a Monday, but not last Monday.

Elijah, representing uniontoday.org, called 8/22/12 from 702-476-2644.  He wants to hook me up with rank and file union members needing local chiropractic care. I am to call him back at 702-503-7501 for more info.

Wow, similar story here in NM.  Message from Shawn Michaels asking to call back at 888-498-5381 ext 710.  He said he was the State of NM Union rep.  When I balked at the $365/for 2 years I was passed onto Jack who quickly said if I signed on today, he would give me a coupon to reduce rate to $199/2 years.  I asked who was behind the website, and they told me Allstate, Red Wing Shoes and Travelocity.  Someone may want to research that!  On the NM part of the website, all the categories were blank except for dentists where they had 4.
