702-734-2120 I was lucky enought to receive my call from Robin. What a peach!! First she did not identify herself, when asked got a bit snippy and asked if "He" was in or not. Once I got Robin for a name I asked what the call was in regards to. To which she replied "really you got to ask me three questions and you will not answer one of mine". She was VERY RUDE, pretty sure she does not like her job!! Not sure what she was trying to sell but this receptionist was not going to patch her through!!

I just received a call from "Melissa' trying to educate me on "ribbons & cartridges".
I told her we have an agreement in place, etc. She started to explain that I could earn points and get an Ipod Shuffle, and went on to tell me how exciting the Ipod is. Now, I do have to say, she was VERY upbeat, bouncy, etc, and I truly laughed at how much she was trying to sell it. I told her as a firm, we cannot accept items like that. I said it at least 6 times, and 6 times she said "Of COURSE you can!", and kept on going. Then she started telling me all about the Kindle Fire we could earn. Or a camcorder, that I could go pick up at Best Buy.
She never stopped sounding like she was happy & perky, even when I was audibly laughing at her.
A+ for effort on her part... but holy cow, 100% annoying and unprofessional.

Wow! I got this same jerk today. He said most of what all the others have said here except my conversation with him was filled with sexual comments that made me feel very uncomfortable. I finally hung up on him.

Caller identified himself as Brandon from "National Business" asking for the person in charge of ordering "printer ribbon". He said a lot of "it's your lucky day!" type comments and offered a free amazon Kindle with printer ribbon orders. Who uses printer ribbon? He didn't get the "national memo" to update to the toner scam. I told him we have a supplier and he continued the sales pitch. he kept talking and I put him on speaker phone. He asked me to take him off speaker, I asked him to take our number off his call list, and he said with a snappy tone, "did you think you were cool putting me on speaker phone?"
Yes, I did- about as cool as a telemarketer pushing "printer ribbon" in 2012.

Yea me and Jason went around but I heard the background music when I picked up and I think I stunned him for a second saying "hello National Business are you selling ink and toner today?" He recovered quickly and just talked non-stop once I asked about the giveaway IPOD and say we don't accept that and he said "I ain't giving it away, what do you think I am Santa Claus". Sometimes if I am bored I tell them I have an important call coming in but I want to hear more and just put them on hold for 2-3 minutes and come back.

Caller was put into my voicemail and sang "Pop pop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is"...seriously these people get paid to harass and consume businesses time.

Jason is one of the rudest people alive. His strategy is to talk over you and be as rude as possible. Not sure what the end-game is with him as no one in their right mind would give him any info.
He says he has done business with you before and will drop someone's name that used to work at your company. People like myself check all business records and I have confirmed the obvious lie as we keep ALL documentation of business with vendors.
I've had bad "sales" calls (he calls them "business" calls) in the past but this guy is by far the rudest, most unprofessional, scum bucket I have ever heard.
Your only option is to hang up on him and he will not let you get a word in edge-wise.
Good news, you can report him to his state's (Nevada) attorney general and they should already know about him by the time you read this. It doesn't matter if he is physical located in Nevada but his telecommunications is Nevada-based.

Got a call from Jason, incredibly rude when I told him we weren't interested.
Not only is this a scam, but they're complete jerks who are insulting.

Company always tries to talk over you. They TRY to sell overpriced office supplies / equipment. I have told them to never call back, but they try at least a few times a year. They don't like it if you yell back at them. They will just hang up on you.

Has called several company locations in an attempt to infer office equipment information. In our experience, this information is used to invoice us for excessively overpriced supplies that were not ordered. Also, gave an 800 number as a call back: 1-800-639-3009.

Left a voice mail at my office number with nothing but loud music blaring for 1.5 minutes.

Also had to hang up on the caller. Even though I explained we have a local supplier and would not be ordering he didn't stop talking....I really didn't have a choice.

Received a call and asked for the purchasing manager to provide ribbons and ink cartiridges, when I asked if he had a point of contact he said "Why would I call to ask for the purchasing manager if I knew his name, I would have provided it?" My response was due to company policy I could not forward his call unless he had a point of contact, he then proceed to tell me that apparently only parents call then to talk with people there, then he literally said "Zippity do dah have a nice day" what are these people on--- they are crazy

Asked for me by name I am part owner. Wanted to sell me ribbons, printer cartridges etc., with and offer to win either an IPOD or digital camera with my order. When I told him I purchased them locally and was not interested he said I understand that and continued his selling technique. Although he was polite and never got rude he was just persistent to whereby I had to hang up on him.

I received a call from this company also - the lady was very rude and sounded drunk!

Called our business. When I wouldn't give the name of the person in charge of "printers and ribbons", I was asked point blank, "What do you mean, you can't give me a name? What are you, in third grade?"
When I told Jason that he was incredibly rude and asked to speak with his supervisor, he continued to harass me and call me by other names of people who have worked with our company in the past. He then asked for me directly. I was not about to give this guy any information, and consistently asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Guess where that got me? Click.
