I just got a call from this number and could not pick it up. When I called it back it just rings? Not sure who it is?

I got a phone call at my work from this number and they hung up on me. I found it strange.

received a call from this number on 7/8 210pm. identifies themselves as americare health.
when i started asking questions they hung up. i tried to call the number but get busy every time.
please drop a bomb on their heads !
