Been getting alot of calls like this since Bush left office...seems the do not call registry is no longer being enforced??

702-750-9440  keeps calling us several times a day. We don't answer. I think since they show up on the Caller ID as VA &AR, Inc., it leaves you to believe it is a legitimate business. They never leave a msg. We are on the Do Not Call List also, but this doesn't stop them. I think I will answer next time and tell them I am reporting them. I understand there is a fine that can be imposed on them.

Call from 702-750-9440.   May call several times a day/week.  They hang up no matter who answers human or machine.  This is a time share company in Nevada.  If you have ever signed up for a "free vacation" or a time share tour or information, or filled out the form to win a new car at the mall they've got your number and your permission to be contacted even if you are on the DNC list.   The best thing I have found to do is to simply block their number.   As far as I can tell, they have an automated or human system that has to make X number of calls during a shift.  All disconnects are treated as if the resident is the one who disconnected the call and the caller can make their daily quota of tries.

Number is from clark county nevada. I answered and they hung up not ever saying anything.

Hello  all..I just called the number today..Someone picked up she was a answering service for many different companies..She is pretty nice..She asked me if i wanted to stop recieving calls..They took my number down and said that i would stop recieving calls from them..I dont know if its going to work but we will see..

Have an unusual amounts of calls from  VA&Ar, inc  702 750 9440  these are just the pitts when you do have a person on the other  end,  you get reply NO, The phone is  SLAMMED  dowm the Earth sends a sign we are moving. The do not call list  is a Joke  for  some of these  persons. How do they Live with themselves? Maybe they have nothing  better to do than this and if this is their means of work, Heaven Help them to find a better job than to make our life a living hell. What did we do to you and YES this is personal.

7 calls in 2 1/2 hours. Message starts with " pleas wait for an important message and then goes silent followed by a " if you want to make a call " announcement - call has been terminated. A return call says they are an answering agent for several. Phone companies need to get a handle on these types.It probably is a time share sale or resale - we seem to get a lot of those.

Calls my cell phone all the time.  Sometimes 2-3 times a day.  Can't get them to take my number off their system.  Always rude.  Hate having a timeshare because of these companies!

Rude, rude, rude.  Nicole answers the phone on a call back , but she can't tell you the name of the owner nor where they are located.  I called the resort they claim to represent . . . Royal Resort and lodged a complaint with them.

They are also listed as a member of the LV Chamber.  Those folks said they couldn't do anything as they don't screen their membership .  I guess it's OK to be a fraud as long as you pay their dues.

The man asked if my was so-and-so.  When I said that it was, he said, "I was wondering if you would be interested in either renting or selling your time share."  I told him to STOP calling because we have not had either time share for over 10 years.  

I was able to put this phone number in my Call Rejection on my phone.

They are a timeshare related telemarking group. I do talk to them and tell I'm not interested and 4 out 5 times they are rude about it. They actually said to me "well you the only one happy with your timeshare and we have your full file that says you dont use it". Not even accurate. But, they just keep calling.

I picked up the phone and they asked for my husband.  I told them he was not home and if they wanted to leave a message - they hung up on me!  I then called the number and spoke to someone and asked to be put on their do not call list.

Got a call from VA & AR Inc. After answering, there was dead air on the other end. I hung up.

I have never had a chance to talk to anyone from this number. The calls are always before 5pm EST. I have been on the Do Not Call List for two years but every so often some of these bums call anyway.

called left no message. search turns up lots of ads to call this number to make lots of money and also associated with timeshare scammers. a search on the name on caller ID "VA & AR INC" turns up nothing.
