Just got a call from this number as well and the person on the other line made a sound then hung up.

Yep. Same experience here. Got a call from them, as soon as I said "hello?" it hung up.

I also recieved cellphone missed calls from this Las Vegas # 2X yesterday evening.  No message left. Hope they stop calling.  SOUNDS LIKE SOME SCAM!!!!!!!!

Called, phone rang twice, didn't leave a message.  "Opinion poll" in Caller ID.  Call rejection thru Century Link!  :o)

Doubtful that it's a legitimate survey company as they're using a cell phone.  Sons of beeyotches.

Many unwanted calls to your number on the National Do Not Call list?  I get them, too.  Who to blame?  Our government.  Who heads our government and is overseer of those in charge of various agencies that could stop these people?  Barry Obama.  Try calling the White House and see if your call gets through.  Doubtful.

Received a called from this number last nite asking me to participate in a survey concerning our local water district; when I asked the caller who was funding the survey all he could tell me was that he, nor his supervisor, had any knowledge of who was funding the survey.  I find it very strange that a survey would be conducted without anyone knowing who was funding it; I really find it concerning that someone not even familiar with our area would be hired to conduct said survey....Just another example of our local tax dollars being spent not only out of our county, but out of our state.  How about supporting your local community....and YES I'm on the federal NO CALL roster; but like a previous poster stated; surveys such as this are exempt!!!!!!

For the past year I have had so many unwanted calls that I have been keeping a log since spring just to see what the facts are.  I keep the ringer off this land-line phone during the day, but during my evening rounds to see who called me today, I found this number.  Since I didn?t want to get back to my chores right away, I dove a little deeper in trying to find this particular number?s owner.  I use Google.  A ways down the list from this 800Notes site, I found a cached listing that had this number attached to a woman selling her BMW in, you guessed it, Boulder City, NV.  I do not know when the ad was placed because this is just a snapshot of what was there at one time.  No date is on the page.  It could have been several years ago.  Hint:  The BMW was a 2003, had 68k miles on it, and she was asking a reduced price of $9000.  

I am not putting up her name because it is very possible that this number has been spoofed by someone else and she may be totally innocent of these calls you folks are getting.  This is the first one I have received.  I won?t be answering it in the future for two reasons:  Sometimes a survey or opinion poll is simply a way for them to get in the door for their own purposes.  Secondly, I am old enough, and have a small enough ego, that I know there are precious few people on Earth who truly give a damn what I think.  (See first reason)

Now it?s back to my chores . . . and ice cream.

I don't answer - don't have voice mail.  I use caller ID to determine who to call back and you have to be in my address book for that unless I can determine if important.  If they make 800-notes it is a no brainer.....

I keep getting a call from this number 702 815-7603 -- about a couple of times a week.  It rings twice and then whoever it is hangs up.  I'd like to block it if I can.

Keep receiving calls from 702-815-7603, shows up on caller ID as Las Vegas NV.  There is never a message.

Opinion polls are exempt from the requirements of the Do Not Call Registry.

Received a missed call from this # yesterday, no voicemail. Received another call today, answered it. The guy said he wasn't selling anything, just wanted me to answer a few questions for a survey. I politely declined to participate. He knew my name though, which is concerning. Not sure how he got a hold of my name and phone #.

OPINION POLL   -   702-815-7603   -   is violating the DO NOT CALL Regulations

My phone number is and  ALWAYS HAS BEEN registered on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.  Just because this company is called OPINION POLL does not give them the right to call me at 9 PM at night - a very high percentage of our country's population are senior citizens, many many of whom are asleep at this hour.  

Regardless of that fact, how dare these people call me, since my number is registered on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.
