Male said he was 'Attorney Rick Johnson' from 'Investigative Check Services' and he was an arbitrator, not a debt collector. (yeah right)  Called my place of employment for employment verification.  Said he called me only as a courtsey call to let me know he was calling my employer, but called me 3 times and left me 3 voicemail messages.  I asked for his mailing address and he promptly hung up after getting upset and yelling on the phone.  This sounds like a new scam, watch out.
