Received a fax from this company. I know we did not request it either. The only time our company ever booked a block of rooms instead of using the trade show approved rooms was a disaster. We learned our lesson and will not use these types of companies. Once burned twice shy. They messed up the president's room, of all people, and it is now company policy we only use the show approved housing.

This company in no way shape or form paid back everyone they owed. Our hotel is owed over $350,000 from HDMC. And I know of other hotels owed money by them and none of them were paid back. I wouldn't make or take a reservation from anyone ever affiliated with HDMC.

Received an unsolicited call today offering really low rates for an upcoming trade show. There are many companies in NV offering hotel reservations for trade shows that are not a part of the official show organization vendor list. I would proceed with caution.

Gwynn Cachia was the one calling from HDMC and conveniently calls from bookmyrooms.com now? As did Paul Ryu? Seems a little suspicious. And, Bryan, it's "THEIR former CFO" not "THERE former CFO". Do your homework.

I found out through the public records that the owner of the company got ripped off by a Bryan Griggs, Valerie Griggs and A Referral service. go to clark county court record and search for HDMC Vs Bryan Michael Griggs. All the information is there and is very interesting reading. It must suck when you trust your Chief Financial Officer and they steal from you. I hope justice prevails and they get back on their feet. They are suing several people and so far the courts have ruled in their favor. I was given my money back from my credit card company (Thank God) but I actually feel sorry for these people. My Rep was Tom King and he always gave me great service and great rates. Good Luck HDMC Group! my heart goes out to you!

Ron
I believe you were an employee of the company ATS and will have your day in court. The owners of HDMC Group and ATS were victims of a crime committed by there CFO. We have searched the court documents and have full access to the public record and they did nothing wrong but became victims of action taken by there former CFO. Those records are public records and if you did your research you would see that these people have repaid everyone who was harmed and a judgement in their favor will come shorlty by the courts. I have been a long time client of both companies and feel sorry for the employees and harm this guy did to their company. Either you are that personand will find out shortly that the courts will put you in jail or you are just misinformed and have not done your homework. look into the public records for yourself

I called the hotel that I stayed at and they gave me the information they have for the company that paid for the rooms, whhich is different that the company I used to book the room. I do plan to file a dispute with the credit card company.
The company that paid for the room and taex is called Bonotel Exclusive Travel 702-796-5454, Fax 702-796-9007, email booking @bonotel,com.

Petra called me today leaving a voice message saying I needed to contact her regarding a up and coming show. No other details.
Leaving you to believe it could be the conference organization itself calling.
I googled the number and found this page. Thanks! deleted voice mail.

I just found out today that HDMC has scammed me. Gwynne Cachia contacted me back in December about rooms for our Expo in Anaheim California. She quoted a block room rate to me at a hotel that was closer to the venue than the hotel we had. I gave her our business and my credit card number for a $2200 deposit which was charged on the same day. This week when we tried to reach Gwynne Cachia repeatedly to make changes, the phone & fax lines are busy and do not appear to be working numbers. I contacted the hotel today to ask about our rooms and apparently although the rooms were booked, there is no record of our deposit received. This company is a scam and DO NOT take their call! I have reported this charge to my Amex and they are starting the investigation. I am unsure what they will uncover and we may still be liable for the charges. Good luck- you may not get your money back.

We are having a similar problem with HDMC Group. They took our deposit check but did not book the rooms that we requested. As noted above, their phone numbers are going straight to busy and they are not returning e-mails. Their website is up but the existing reservations tab goes to a dead link. If anyone gets any resolution from these people, please post it here.

This is a phone number for HDMC / ATS / ADV Travel. They have tried to cheat me out of $2500.00+ I have reported to FBI and Local Law Enforcement. Do NOT trust anyone from HDMC / ATS or ADV Travel in Las Vegas or Bellevue WA. I got ZERO from them? They took my money and ran? No response to 8+ emails over 2 weeks and 3 different phone lines became busy 24-7 or disconnected.

I have received several calls to my cell phone from this number. The most objectionable was before 7:00 AM. Indeed, they are a hotel and motel booking "service" in Las Vegas, HMDC Group. I have filed a complaint with the FCC because I have had no previous involvement with the company, they called me on my cell phone, which is on the do-not-call list, and I have previously requested that they stop calling. How many "red flags" does anybody need to conclude they are not a reputable company to deal with?

On the afternoon of August 23, 2010, i received a voicemail message from a caller who identified herself as "Petra." She mentioned her call was in regards to a future event my company is particiapting in. She asked that i call her back at 888-333-0474, ext. 226.
According to the header information of the voicemail message, the originating number is 702-851-0250. I did a reverse look-up on this number. It belongs to Hdmc Group LLC, of Las Vegas, NV, a hotel & motel reservation service.
I didn't call her back. My company makes its own reservations. I knew she was fishing for business.

try to scam you for overpriced area motel rooms during trade show events
