they have called repeatedly & I have called the registry a number of times

They call my private number almost every day andw hen i answer they just sit there.

Our company has received calls from this company for the past year at least once or twice a year. No one is on the other line when I answer the phone. Calling this number is a waste because it will not ring.

Oops, I meant to state that number of calls received from this number is at least once or twice a week (not year).

I actually spoke to someone from Every Contractor and threatend to turn them in to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) if they continue to call. We will see if it finally stops.
After dailing their number use extension 2. Sometimes the line will kick you of, however, just call again.

Actuall, they use InfoUSA for their phone list source and they also use an online form for people to make a service request for contractors.
Someone used this form and put my number in it so their people called me.

They took my number out of their system and haven't called me again but I did ask them how they would have gotten it in the first place and they told me how they work.

They do scrub their numbers against an internal do not call list but if someone puts your number into a form and request a contact call, they assume you really want to talk to them.

So what you do is tell them to place your number into their DNC, but have them confirm the number you gave them.  they said that many people say take my number off your list and then hang up but never give them the number or say it so fast and hang up that the person doesn't get it.

So have them confirm the number after you give it to them.

then it all works.

I failed to mention that they are upgrading their phone switch and will soon have a more realtime DNC option.  Their current switch must have their numbers prescreened before the numbers are loaded into it.

So it looks like they are making a good effort toward not calling us where we do not want them to.

Your standard phone switch upgrade runs around $500,000 so there is an effort going on.

Everycontractor is a boiler room styled construction lead source provider. They are about as good as a hand grenade, as when it works it usually a wide spread of lousy service and inexact service. They high pressure you into contracting with them starting with extremely high one time a year set up fees that you can negotiate lower to about 25% of what they started off with. Later they will recall you with some great program at a substantially higher cost promising big returns, but it does not work. They are a pay up front program that forgets you after you sign up. Do not do it.

Got a cal from Neisha from this number-she was rude and trashed me after she thought I was off the call-imagine a telemarketer who cannot operate a phone-and bad at her job.  I love it when they call now, I'll drive them crazy and waste their time like they do to other people.

They called and left the number 888-326-0653 ext 4316 to call back. He even left 2 different names (for himself) for the return call. Oh yeah, that's someone I'd want to do business with.

Called twice and hung up without leaving a message.

if you want to complain call 800-333-4050 and ask for Dave Johnson. I say you should call then at least as often as they call us.

Rec'd a call computer generated from 702.851.4730 to notify me that my credit card had been susupended because they suspected fraud.

They went on to ask me to enter my 16 digit credit card. I hung up!
I dont think any legitimate bank would proceed inthis manner with something so serious as fraud. You'd be taling to a reallive person!

Another case of financial fraud, against one of our companies.  I contacted everycontractor.com to inform them about it, in case one of their employees is free-lancing in fraud or their phone system has been compromised.  Of course, if the number has been spoofed as someone's caller ID there won't be anything they can do about it...

I have a message on my answering machine from this number saying my bank card was suspended and to press 1 for further information.  I don't have a bank card.

I got a call on my cell from 702-851-4730.  It was an automated call telling me my ATM card has been cancelled and to reinstate I should call . . .  that is when I hit the stop button.  I got a similar call yesterday on my cell from 606-???-????.  I do not have an ATM card.  These people should be taken out back of the wood shed and shot!  JMO.

I received a call from 702-851-4730 which was an automated recording telling me my debit card had been deactivated from Security Savings Bank which I don't have an account from. The message said,"Push 1 to talk to our security officer." I hung up after that. Obviously, everycontractor has branched out into the realm of fraud...hmmm. Like they weren't already dipping their toes in it...:)

My husband and I received a call from this number saying that our debit cards had been deactivated. We were to "press 2" to get our cards reactivated. We hung up, so don't know if they were looking for personal information.

Got a call from this number..they didn't leave a message. It is from Las Vegas and I don't know anyone there.

They are really UNPROFESSIONAL.

Call came in with area code 702. I have already found a reputable contractor. When i hit the extension it hung up on me. This is a cell phone please take me off your calling list. Don't waste either of our times. Thank you.

I have told them many times to stop calling us but they have not! So I started calling them at 1800-538-3797 toll free. I would not have gone to this level but they keep making false claims. "please call we need a contractor for an estimate" When we call it's them wanting us to purchase services.

Also here's the contact information for the company. Maybe if we mess with their phone lines they will leave ours alone. The contact for the CEO, Matt P is at ext 4032 but he will not answer. Use the 800 number to contact them, make the pay for the call.

Received a msg from this number recently - A woman addressed my Husband (a finish carpenter) by his 1st name and claimed to need to talk to him about building an addition on her house in a near-by town (near us). Left a 888 # (888-326-0653 ext 4272) to return her call. Suspicious, I looked up the number she called FROM (on Caller ID) and found these other complaints. Isn't it illegal for a solicitor (or even bill collector) to misrepresent themself??

i totally agree. If they can bother us contractors all the time on our phones. We should be able to have access to there cells or home lines to call and bother them..
