The number is on the national no-call list. Further calls will result in formal charges for violating that list.

I received a call from this same number, I do have a timeshare and am on the national do-not call list. Every one of my timeshare management companies has said the same thing, do not pay upfront fees or deposits for timeshares sales. Use a broker who only gets paid if they sell your timeshare.
When you get calls from these upfront fee/deposit marketing companies,
ask them if they are confident they can sell your timeshare. If they said yes, ask them for an upfront fee
of $300 and they can earn this back easily from the commission when they sell your timeshare (if they ever do).
See how confident they are then!

I had a call on 4/11/11 at 7:40 P.M. with an offer on a timeshare that sounded too good to be true. I spoke with an Alax Guzman at least that ws the name he used. He gave me the number 702 872-1600 Ext. 1005. They requested an up front fee of $1800. Supposedly they had a buyer and I would be getting papers from the bank where he was getting his loan.

Call here yesterday, we are on do-not calllist. We own timeshare and our four time management companies all say the same thing - DO NOT PAY UPFRONT TIMSHARE RESALW FEES/DEPOSITS.
They say use a broker who only gets paid aftter the sale is closed.
If a timeshare marketing company asks for upfront fee'
1. Ask them if they are sure they could sell your timeshare.
2. Ask them to pay you upfront fee/deposit of $300 and since they are so sure they can sell your timeshare, you will gladly refund their $300 fee (after the closing) when they sell your timeshare and collect the commission.

Do you own a timeshare? Resort Marketing International called me asking about whether I was interested in selling mine -- "they have a corporate buyer BUT I have to pay them $XXX up front to cover certain costs".
