"Work their profile" is scamglish for "shill for crooks".

I'd say nice try, but your semi-literate attempt to use this site to commit fraud isn't nice by any measure.

This company/website that is calling you is called Exploretalent.com. I signed up or created a profile for them or on the website before. My profile contains my basic information, and actually uploaded a picture in there since I was also advised to. Couple of days after I actually finished my registration somebody called me from this number and they called themselves "talent advisers" and at first I was a bit skeptical but excited at the same time since they sounded just like any of those telemarketers and scumbags we encountered everyday, but then I gave the lady on the phone a chance to finish her speech since I am really into the Biz and to think that we won't really know whose who until you give it shot, and besides she sounded so legit.she told me about audition "matched auditions" and some big auditions as well, i asked a lot and we really had a good conversation until I was convinced. She taught me everything about what to do,i uploaded my professional pictures and submitted myself to auditions that i wanna be part with. And yeah! i also tried to submit myself to those big movies she told me, I got invited for an audition unfortunately wasn't so lucky. But I had no regrets at all to what I invested because i already booked small time acting jobs that payed pretty fair for me thru Exploretalent here around my area and around. And I still got 4mos. to make use of it and submit my profile to those unlimited auditions they provide. They are not scam, its just on how people accepts it and how they would really work for their profile.

As Sherry, above, said - if you have to pay for it - it's a scam!  LEGITIMATE modelling and talent agencies do NOT ask you to pay for anything - if they think you have what it takes, THEY will pay.  Also, just because a business has an A+ rating with the BBB doesn't make them any good, as it's been shown that if you pay dues to the BBB, you get good ratings!

You're not any better at lying than you are at acting.

Filthy scam. Preying on vulnerable people. Disgusting. Shame on you.

I think, they are legitimate.. Because I check them on BBB and they have an A+ rating which is very impressive. I have a friend who actually land a job and is happy with the projects that was offered by Explore Talent. I have seen in their website the testimonials of other talents who landed a job with their help. I think the amount that my friend paid was for the jobs/postings that was offered by them and they are not a talent agency, because my friend had a direct contact with the directors and producers after they submit her to a project.

It is Explore Talent.  And they are not formally located in any one area of the USA.  They use "spoofed" telephone numbers which is why you cannot lock down an exact city/state.  I have had my number forever and I am not Tony!  So, I know they are lying.  It's been going on for years now. The FCC has done nothing with my nearly 35 complaints.

Also, I am a contracted actress with a legit SAG agency in CA and in AZ.  Rule of thumb:  IF a talent agent requires you to pay anything, up front or otherwise, they are a scam.  When signed with a legit SAG agent, they agent assumes all expenses.  They are an investor in your talent so to speak, b/c they beleive you will get jobs, which not only pay you, the talent, but them 10-15% for each project you do, film, commercial etc.

So if anyone claiming to be a talent agent says "I need $$ for pix, resume's, classes.....RUN the other way!!!!

Complete SPAM! I finally called back after they've been calling me for DAYS! When I called, some Asian lady answered the phone. After I told her that I have repeat missed calls from this number, she started to verify my information (like name and age) which is scary. I kept asking her what this was in regards to, and wouldn't tell me anything, except that she wanted to give me info on a "project" and they were calling their "clients" and letting them know. I don't know how they got my information. Complete Joke.

Been seeing this number for several weeks now, I use a prepaid phone and didn't use any name when signing up so they can not be calling for me. My guess is some kind of junk call. probably automatic.

Called today saying they were from Explore Talent. Both people I talked to had heavy accents. The first one, my "advisor" tried to submit my profile to get jobs in the area, but surprise, my profile was not completed. I was transferred to the manager to activate it. After a long repetitive speech, asked if I wanted to activate my profile which required a one time payment of 199 dollars. After another speech, asked how I wanted to pay. After I asked if I could pay it online, I got a long speech about how I would miss out on these great opportunities that would happen today only. When asked what kind of card I would like to use, I told them I was driving. The manager asked if I could pull over to pay, I said I was on the highway. Told yhem I would call later, but it's bogus. The manager stated several times that they were the manager, and the speeches did not sound like something a real employee would say. Don't fall for this!

This number just called and I only searched or bc I didn't know the area code... When I saw it was south of Vegas I automatically thought it was a scam... Then found this site to confirm my suspicions. They didn't leave a voice mail- my advise, delete the number and go back to bed. If they call back delete the number or file a police report for harassment.

Got a call from this number today. They hung up in the middle of the first ring - caller ID from Jean, NV. And then I believe they called right back with caller ID block - showed up no caller ID found. They did not leave a message.

These people are SHADY!  They have been calling me for months from a couple of different numbers.  They are claiming to be a "talent/modeling agency" I really think it is some kind of human trafficking scheme or something. Every time they call it's an asian girl and as soon as they confirm a person has answered they tell me to hold and a man comes on the line. They are calling three times a day AT LEAST. I have asked countless times for them to remove me from their list and now they are calling me several times a day to ask if I've changed my mind! I've told them I have reported them and that I am recording the calls and they say "you do that" or "go ahead"! It's almost like they know there's not a thing I can do.

I keep getting this 702 number around 1 o'clock when I'm in the middle of my Econ class and I haven't bothered to pick up. Then once they called within the 1 o'clock hour, they called again at around the 3-4 o'clock hour and I finally picked up to tell them to leave me alone but once I answer I had gotten no response then they hung up.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  Finally, i spoke to a live body.  Confirmed this is Explore Talent.  They asked for a person who had my number previously.  When advised that I have owned this number for over a year, the Asian female caller asked if I would be interested.  She promised television and major motion picture auditions.  I expressed that I was not interested.  She said, "Thank you" and hung up.  Other sites indicate that this operation is involved inhuman trafficking by luring people to fake auditions.  Please beware!

When I called the number back (from an anonymous number via Google phone), they said the name of the company is Explore Talent. But, they were very aloof. When I asked questions as to how they "find" talent, etc, she started saying the call was breaking up and hung up. SCAM.

Caller's name: Samantha. They called my boyfriend asking for me. Said they were a talent agency that had ran across my online headshot (which doesn't exist-except through my professional agency) and said I provided his number for contact (which I would never do). Then they started asking him personal questions as to how he knows me, etc. He figured it was a scam and hung up. Very bizarre.

This is the same scam from another company using a different number from the "Gottalent.com", "Igottalent.com" and the other scam model and actor sites.  Report any and all calls from this number to the FCC ASAP!!!  http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

When you call back to find out who it is, the person on the other line says, "Thank you for calling me back, is this...." then they ask about some random person.  This happened twice.  Annoying spammers.
