TSF had a very aggressive sale process and basically hounded us for weeks to work with them. We had been disappointed in the past with other telemarketing companies and after much consideration, we decided to give TSF a try for an inital batch of appointments for $1, 000.00. They did start calling in our area within 4 days or so after the check cleared (they would not accept credit cards, looking back this should have raised more of an alarm then it did!...because after they disappeared, I had no recourse!). It was clear after about a week or two that TSF was a joke. The appointments they were bringing us were garbage and a complete waste of time. After we discussed this with our account manager and tried to get this going in the right direction, they halted all communication with us and disappeared. Essentially we lost $1, 000 and got absolutely nothing in return and no communication. Do not do business with TSF, you will be extremely disappointed and feel ripped off like I was. I am not sure how this company is still in operation, completely unethical and borders on theft.

My relationship started out pretty good with TSF Sales. The first set of 5 appointments I was able to make a pretty good sale and another may lead to another sale late this year.  That is all I can say about a positive experience with TSF Sales. Somewhere near the end of the first campaign, the quality of leads started to drop. I guess they had some internal staffing problems and after sometime of no communication, TSF Sales called and told me how they have fixed these issues and how they will offer me a discount for another round of TSF Sales appointments. I guess I should have gone with my gut and told TSF Sales that I am not interested anymore. But the fact that they called me and indentified the problem and had a solution impressed me.

The second campaign started off very weak. They actually set an appointment for training in my area of expertise in spanish. I don't speak spanish and I don't train people in what I do. What makes this such a bad reflection on TSF Sales is they fact they interviewed me on the type of appointments I need, targeted industry, and other supportive information about the type of leads I need. My interpretation at this time was TSF Sales was getting desperate just to set any appointments to keep me from calling them.

TSF sales has completely ignored me for the past 3 months because I asked for a refund. I don't think I am that far out of line asking for one.

Does anyone know if TSF Sales is still in business?

Hey Richard,
How about retuning the money you owe me for 12 appointments paid in FULL and not delivering? It is all about being honest and running your business with integrity. Your company has been kicked out of a business network for weak customer service. I love social media for it keeps companies honest. This is a perfect example of when you screw a customer how platforms like this can help level the playing field. Oh, and yes, when you take care of all the customers you have screwed this year, I will remove this post. Step up to the plate Richard.

TSF sales is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Richard Taylor is so full of crap and the cheesiest sales person I have ever dealt with. Further, he is not man enough to get on the phone and solve customer service issues. TSF sales will take your money and run with it. Do not hire TSF sales.

One of TSF's employees was very rude and lied to me.  I recieved a call asking for one of our manager's, but the call was on a dedicated customer line for electrical emergencies.  I told him she was not at this number, but was he a customer needing service.  He said "Yes, I am." So I preceded to try to assist him, and asked him for his name.  He mumbled something that sounded like Chase, but when I tried to confirm this, he just hung up on me...Rude *ss*ole!!!!!!!!!!  Not a good way to impress potential customers...CID: TSF Enterprises, 702-483-4350.

SCAM! They did a poor job of writing their "Script" about our company (I had to re-write it) and kept calling the wrong kinds of clients, despite my efforts to get them on track. They hounded the potential customers they called, and we received absolutely no viable leads from them. They promised to refund my money, but I keep getting the runaround every time I try to get it back. It's too bad, because we really had need of their services.

For one I would like to let you know as a former employee of TSF Enterprises that it is not a scam....Not that I am defending them at all. They have the most extreme case of bad business ethics and management. Take it from me I know. You will not recieve any more phone calls for business as the chargebacks are crazy not because it's a scam but the company was about sales sales sales and couldn't fullfill on the back end. Well as the chargebacks increased the pressure was put on me!!! Well one thing is for sure I didn't spend the money but I did back them (as I was an employee) until it was to much to bear with (bad business ethics) not wanting to take the advice from others unless it was in their favor. The owner Tim is an a***ole and his wife whom by the way would be disguised as Amy Owens, real name Allison Scroggins is found to be money motivated also. I thought that things would change and urged for TSF to continue hire more appointment setters and fullfill but as a woman working for a man who has no respect for women wouldn't listen to reason as he keeps his wife in a back office away from others crying all day and yelling, cussing, belittling at the other women (2) who help to make sure the company runs effectively because he didn't run his business correctly and let others tear it down. The ones who help to put the process back in place (1) me was torn down like I was a dog on the street until I had to leave and yes if anyone is a customer you know who I am. I was the secretary, admin, input (data entry) appointments, confirmed appointments, customer service, problem accounts, new accounts, discovery and analysis, marketing plans and email correspondence and still had to deal with an infantile man and a scared woman who couldn't defend or wouldn't defend an employee no matter how wrong her husband/partner was. I've proved to be taken advantage of or naive to lie yes I said lie about sexual harressment cases and simply harressment cases which he rightly deserves to pay for, as well as she for allowing her husband to sleep with women at the job and act as if it dosen't exist. I am sorry to air dirty laundry on here but this is the TSF Enterprises we speak of no wonder the appointments weren't correct and they would like to blame EVERYONE but themselves. I helped to build repor with a company WSI which would prove to be a great contract for TSF. They refuse to listen to reason because it would effect their pockets the new million dollar home the kids college, the daughters new condo, the first house payment and the mercedes so we all suffer as if we live, get tuition paid, own a home let alone 2 and condo or drive their car. We get paid 10-11 dollars an hour for a 20 dollar an hour job! I finally did the right thing and left but not without bitterness which I have to work out just like i'm doing now. They continued to have me lie about when refunds would be available and even the process in which it was to come. It is true they would like to refund everyone but unfortunately it won't happen because the money is spent on whatever and the merchant account is upside down. They have another corp set up and in due time they will convert over.

TSF claims it is a marketing/appointment setting company. We fell for their scam six months ago. We received notice of 2 or 3 appointments that did not fit any of the criteria we supplied to TSF. This is a bogus company and a scam. They defrauded us out of $2700. We are in the process of trying to get our money back. They are in the process of avoiding us. If you fall for their pitch, you will regret it.

This company is a total scam. They have the BBB logo on their web site and they are not a BBB member.  I have reported them to the BBB and filed a complaint with them.  They have ripped us off.  Our attorney, Cloud & Tidwell is filing a suit against them now so we can recoup our funds. Rip off.

I contracted with TSF on April 23rd of this year.  They were suppose to set 3 appointments for us each week. To date, they have set 3 appointments total.  Now, they will not return any of my phone calls as I am seeking a refund.  This is turning out to be a big scam.  They have taken our "budget" money and ran.  We are taking legal action to get our money refunded.  Call me if you want to discuss this company.

We had a similar horrifying experience with one of the many callers from TSF Enterprises. The latest caller stated his name as Kevin James. When my wife answered the call, we had already decided from previous calls that there was something not right. So my wife told him to get someone else to do their work for them. Mr. James proceeded to tell my wife that it was nice that she carried her husband's balls in her pocket. I called the number on our caller ID and got someone who said she would have him call me back, asking  for Kevin James. He then called back under a private name & number ID. I was on another call so my wife answered. He then said his name was Kevin Johnson and tried to tell her that she was rude for what she had said. She told him she hoped he had the calls recorded so his boss could hear the truth of what really transpired. Do  not recommend dealings with this company TSF Enterprises!

I have been pitched by TSF and the first time I talked with them they were professional and explained the process without being pushy. But then after I said I would think about it and get back with them, they kept calling and calling. I explained I did not have that kind of money to put up front for something I don't know is going to work and that I researched on Google and saw complaint after complaint about them. They of course offered a much lower cost but I still said that if I changed my mind I would call them back but I did request references - notice the plural on references. They sent me one which I didn't check since business has been picking up just fine.
They kept calling and calling and never left a message. Of course I didn't answer knowing it was them.
Finally I picked up the phone and had another hard pitch "if you sign today or tomorrow I'll give a discount". I said again, send me references. They sent one and I called them. The reference told me they paid a lot of money to them and got a few poor quality leads and they were not at all happy with what they had paid for. Kind of think that's pretty stupid to send a reference that would not be positive. I emailed them not to call me anymore and wouldn't you know it, they called again the next day. If they call again, I will tell them to put me on their do not call list and for every time they call, I will take a photo of my caller ID and file suit if they don't stop calling.
