Yeah, they called me as Merril Lynch... definitly don't have an account with one of the worst banks in the history of banking. Total Scam.

This morning they said it was Merill Lynch saying my debt card was blocked and to press Zero for the operator.  What a shame that people are so low to attempt such a scam like this.

Got a call this morning from them but I didnt answer it.  Googled the number and it showed up here.  Thanks everyone for posting.  I hate thieves.

Just got a call on my cell phone that my Chase debit card was suspended.  SInce I don't have a debit card with Chase and they would call my home phone not cell I decided to google the phone number and saw all these posts.  Hope others do that and are not scammed. Didn't even bother to call the 702 number

I got a call on my cell this morning saying that mt wealth management debit card was suspended and to press 1 for suspicious fraud.  I did not press 1 and hung up.  When I called the number back it was Metrics Media located in Henderson NV.

Merrill Lynch is what the robot caller said on my call too. I hung up as well.

Just got scammed! Automated message said they were Merrill lynch! Cancelled my card! Called the FTC and reported this number.

Mine also said Merrill Lynch. I don't do business with them. Looks like they change the bank name every few weeks. SCAM

I received a recorded phone call on my cell phone from this number telling me my debit card is suspended and directing me to enter my debit card number.  I hung up.

Partial message left in voicemail.  Credit card phishing scam.

Someone sold my # to a list and I keep getting calls from all over the country--I didn't answer but the message ended with "press 1 to be transferred to our security department." My bank always repeats the message and calls from an 800/888 number, not from Nevada!

Just received a call from 1-702-944-8444 saying it was Wells Fargo calling to inform me my bank card had been blocked.  I did not respond and then called the number back, I got Metrics Media, could not get through to anyone.

Got a call from this number, but I didn't take it.
They left a message, but it was cut off.

This is a fraud/scam call.  Do not answer it.  NO bank is going to send a message like this.  Do not ever give your personal bank account # or charge cards/debit card numbers to anyone calling like this.

Got this call- and they said they were from Merril Lynch- I don't have any accounts with Merril Lynch.
I hung and tried to call back and I got Metrics Media asking for name and phone number so a rep could call me back- I hung up.

scam, trys to ask for your debit card and ssn#

i just got a call saying my debit card was suspended... I've never had a debit or credit card yet. I was going to apply for one...
why would they call my dorm room and say that?

Got a call this morning from this number also claiming my Merill-Lynch debit card had been cancelled and to press 1 to talk to security to handle it.

I did not press 1. I do not bank with Merill-Lynch.

I called the number back immediately to see what it was. The automated message claimed to be "Metric Media", and the number is from Las Vegas Nevada. I could not find a "Metric Media" business in the State of Nevada records where this number was registered.

This number should be reported to the FBI and investigated before people fall for this scam and lose their money.

My wife and I both got calls from this number saying it was Merrill Lynch. However, now when they call you it displays your phone number instead of the 702 number. Once it goes to your voice mail the true number shows up.

I got the same message, an automated voice saying that they were calling from Merrill Lynch to inform me that my debit card had been suspended and that I should press '1' to be connected with their 24-hour security service. Only, I don't have a Merrill Lynch account. I did nothing and the call was disconnected. I then called Merrill Lynch and a rep informed me that they've heard of these calls and advised me to ignore them if I receive any more. The caller ID said it came from my own number, so these scammers are apparently masking their number.

I recieved an autmated call from this number and they said it was "morgan stanley' debit card.  It said it was suspended and to press 1 for more info.  I pressed 1 and when it asked me to input my card number, I hung up, no legit business would ask you to give them this.

Same here...My "caller" identified themselves as "Berkshire Bank"...Same automated message "My debit card had been blocked, Press 1 to reactivate."  I did nothing but stayed on the call--it disconnected after about 10 secs.

Received a call from this number with an obvioulsy cheap text to speech automated message stating my Merrill Lynch debit card had been deactivated and I should press 1 to speak with a someone in the security department.  Hung up.  Likely some kind of phishing scam.

Phishing scam with story about my credit card being suspended.  How can these jerks be apprehended and punished?

I got a call from this company (first American ) they just want to scam people of their JuGGaLO $$$ don't answer juggalos and Juggalattes ignore this scam # comes from Vegas, Nevada .

I just got a call from them too, and they did say Merrill Lynch - you are right.

I just received the same message and hung up but I could have sworn they said Merril Lynch as the bank.

I got a call from this number too.  I did not pick up the call, but when I called back the 'greeting' message claimed that I had called 'Metrics' (or 'Matrix'?) Media.
