This is a vegas number from a company who says they are ACSI. More than likely a debt collector.

This is a payphone located outside of the Chico Police Department on Highway 32 in Chico, CA.

I just got two phone calls from this number, one after the other. I put them in voicemail as I was on the phone and it came in on caller ID. I have a friend with a Vegas phone number and the area code is 702 out there but I tend to agree with the payphone idea. No messages left and when I called the number back it was disconnected.

I received three calls from this number and when I answered the third call my ex-boyfriend, Francisco Villareal Garcilazo from Michoacan was on the other end..I think he needs to get a life and stop trying to get some kind of attention from other places since he is married to a woman from Jalisco..I guess he is just plain not intelligent.  I think this is a public phone..useless people.. and to think I once dated this worm makes me wonder what in the planet was I thinking.. This creep lives in the Gilroy area, Morgan Hill or something like that..But he calls me from Vegas??? He needs to at the very least borrow a piece of brain from someone..

Received a creepy voice message - couldn't really tell what it said, but it sounded like a drunk woman who was mocking my voice mail message. Weird.

Received a call today. Couldn't get it and no VM left. Maybe I'll call myself from a payphone tomorrow to test that theory out.

im pissed also,this number continues to show up on my husbands cell.Same as everyone else when I look up # it says nevada,any ideas,does anyone really know.

I got a call from this number a few weeks ago after advertising something in the paper ,I did not answer at that time so he left his name and said he would call me back. The same voice/name  called me again but from a number in Pa, he asked that i call him back because he was at a phonebooth. He spoke only about the advertisement for a few short minutes, then went on to talk about sexual things, I hung up but now he keeps calling. I did a reverse lookup and the number is from a landline in Pa, not a phonebooth. I have alerted the police as it's easy these days to find someone thru a cell phone number. Sick sick people out there

My BF is headed backpacking and called me from a payphone in Sequioa National Forest saying he was headed out to the trail and I noticed it was Vegas number. Then I wondered if he was lying to me about it so I checked and I found same info as giselle. I'm just being paranoid.

Yeah I got a call from the same number and I at first not wanting to call it back in case it was someone i was avoiding i looked it up and the phone number came from Las Vegas NV and I flipped out wondering who the hell it was soi called back (Thinking it was my Gf's ex) and it just told me the number had been disconnected.

IP Retail, Inc. is what came up on caller ID. My ex just called from this #...I agree wit everyone else, yes, he is a coward...

I got a call from this number at 12:13PM today, my ex left a message.  What a coward. I am in Georgia.

This number shows up on my wifes account. I also recently found her to be having an affair but not anyone from vegas. I believe this is an untraceable way of them contacting eachother as she knows I have been watching her account.

This is a number that is assigned to a user of a service called Whistle phone. The numbers are assigned to a person whom downloads the app. The numbers are regenerated often because if you don't use the service for awhile they will give your umber away to someone else. The company uses numbers which all seem to be from the NV area code.

Obviously this is a way for complete COWARDS to harrass people they know. What kind of low life scum bags have to route their calls through to show up as some other number, so they can intimidate people. Call the police if you think this is someone who is truly being malicious.

I have verified that this number is indeed the number that appears from any pay phone in the U.S. It also comes up in the caller id as Private Caller. Buy there is no way to find out the location of the pay phone.

I just received a call from this number, I answered it on the second ring. The caller id said 'private caller, and they hung up upon hearing my voice. The first time I did an A1 People Search, the report told me that it was a company called IP Retail Inc. in Boca Raton, FL. The second time I clicked on it, here is the info. that came up.. I'm pasting it below.

i recieved two calls from this number today and called back and it was busy i thought it was a friend calling from an airport because he's traveling and on his way home but the area code isnt in texas and thats where he said that he would call me from... this i strange!
