If they are calling your cell phone you can always go to your cell phone website and block up to 5 calls. I have Verizon and they have that capability.

Has anyone found out who this number belongs to? Who ever it is, is annoying. Anyway to stop this person from calling?

This caller keeps calling at the time when you are doing things and when you get to the phone there in nobody ever on the other end.
