I was also contacted my this Reese guy i ignored his call and found my self in court with a judgment against me for eleven hundred dollars, i found out its up to the judge too determine liability..

Mark Reese from Vericor is threatening me over a bad check from 1993 to Venture. I was 22 years old....could have written a bad check....not sure.

The SOL is up as of 1996 and he is still threatening me. ACK!
