These people have been harassing me with several threatening type pre-recorded messages on my voicemail call log that says as follows:
"Hello, My name is John Spencer. I am calling from mandatory arbitration in regards to possible litigation pending against you. When contacting our office, please have your case number available. 2013-142350. We have 48 hours to resolve this issue. Press the 9 key to speak to a claims processor, or call us back at 888-743-9314. Failure to comply will result in the complaint to be formalized with your residing county. Thank you, and good luck." HAHAHAHA!! Yeah right... Watch out people, this is a scam to the highest degree.
I have received this exact same call 2 times over the past 2 weeks. The 2 numbers trapped on my caller ID were:
702-357-9775, and 702-997-7667. I have an iphone 4S that allows you to place each number you receive from these scammers to be blocked out each time so if you have a smart-phone with this nice feature use it to your advantage. It will stay on your blocked caller list until you manually unblock it. Eventually they will have to stop calling when they run out of numbers to call from. (Hehehe!) They are criminals from the word go.The smart phone call blocking feature is a handy tool to protect yourself against these criminals.The first call I received over a 2 week period had a case number of 2013-144478 which is totally different from the first case number from the message they left. When I tried to call them back, there is no live person at all to talk to, and their system is in a hard loop that goes virtually nowhere. That means that these pre-recorded calls coming in are a total scam.
