Yes, they did the same thing with me, I've got a call from them they told me there is something wrong with my computer and i gave the access of my computer and they show me those errors and warnings, thank god they called me and i have got everything all set. This was from an Indian guy, telling me I have a prob with my internet, and he was from Microsoft Windows support ( or something similar.) Wanted me to hold down start button on keyboard, but told him I was too busy at the time, says he'll ring me back.
