That address on the license (which was issued a few weeks ago?)  shows an address that appears to be the ELKs Club Lodge on Arlington Blvd.     The other address on the website is 5604 Vine St, Alexandria, VA  appears to be a parking lot used for towed cars.    Both addresses look bogus.   Check it out on Google.

Killpatrick paving a good paving company.  I had my driveway paved by Killpatrick and it was passed by a engineer.

Killpatrick Construction may have had problems in the past.  But it now appears to be a legitimate company.  I verified them before doing business with them.  They are licensed contractor (category C) with Virgina Government - see below
