I also got 15 these harassment calls within 10 mines from this 703-229-4755 number and recorded this Chinese guy using dirty language. He threatened to call more every day to our number. Where is the law force to protect us such open land phone number?

I got several calls from 703-229-4755.  He said he's calling from a Chinese bank and offer service for mobile phone.  Told him the number is on DO-NOT-CALL list.  He kept on calling and making insulting remarks.  He threatened to keep calling until the end of 2009.

this is a nightmare, what a shame, anybody know how to stop this bastard.

Got many calls from a Chinese guy. Always shown unknown on my cell phone, but a couple of times where the same guy called to my landline phone and showed this number. He is absolutely cheating and tried to sell Sprint Cell phone plan with unbelievable price, for example, $40 per month for 3 phones and $45 for 4 phones. Lies include cash rebate and free cell phones which are not free on the Sprint.com website. He never give you his direct number. Tried to call back to this number (703-229-4755) its a dead silence (no signal). He did leave a (301)-576-1162 number for contact, but the operator will say the guy moved out, you have to call the police etc. So no way to contact him back.

Be really careful about this, and someone should look into this serious issue.

I keep getting calls from this number, and nobody talks when I pick up. Then when I call back, it doesn't even ring.

The same thing happened to me. I was so mad.

I got the same thing here: he's shameless low-life who keeps calling me and my wife, trying to sell Sprint wireless service to me. Yeah, I yelled to me and he threatened me too. This guy doesn't have to be a wireless agent or satellite TV agent. He use the names of those companies to cheat you. Or maybe he's just a psycho.

He cheats all the time on nearly everything. For instance, if you ask him for his number, he would say "my telephone system is broken that blocked my caller ID", although he still refuses to give you his number.

He got his number blocked, but I managed to get that by using kall8.com :-) Before one can not block his caller ID to a 800 number like what kall8.com offers.

This guy is the most evil and shameless. I wonder how come such a b*****d can be tolerated in this country. Somebody got to do something.

Got a call from this number this morning, I was irritated by these call and yell to the person to stop calling here. The caller kept calling back and we exchanged a few unpleasant words then the caller started to make threats (I mean serious life threatening threats). We need to get the state governor involved and find the exact location of this number and who is reponsible for hiring these unprofessional individuals and just think they have our phone numbers and possibly our addresses. I made a call to the PA governor's office and they are looking into the matter.

I GOT CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY NEVER LEFT ANY MESSAGES. WHEN I CALLED BACK, THERE WAS NOTHING - NO ONE ANSWERED, NO ANSWERING MACHINE, NO RINGING SIGNAL - BUT ONLY DEAD AIR.

THIS NUMBER WAS USED BY A GROUP OF ILLEGAL CHINESE IMMIGRANTS WORKING FOR A SATELLITE TV INSTALLATION COMPANY. THEY KEEP ON CALLING PEOPLE AND IF THEY WERE REJECTED, THEY STARTED TO CURSE THE FXXX WORDS. SOMETIMES THEY CALL WITHOUT SHOWING THEIR CALLER ID
