A person named Erika calls every day and asks me to call her back at an 800 number and says nothing else.  Each time she calls a new number shows up on my caller id.  The prefixes are from all over the country and always say unknown.  I have never tried to call the 800 number back.

Data R on my caller ID. I don't answer these calls. But they are annoying.

got a call from comcast (800-266-2278) and then about 5 mins later from this #.  coincidence?

not answered - left no message

Phone calls being recieved, but no messages left.  ID shows DATA R.  I find the cell phone conversation from above disturbing though.  I am wondering if this is a legit telemarketing company?!

thats when i hung up..

8:30AM, 1 June 2007:  I got a call from a woman claiming she found a cell phone with the number 703-263-0565.  She claims my last name was in the cell's directory (I have a 263 prefix as well) and that she was trying to locate the owner of the cell phone.  I asked if she did a reverse lookup and she claimed my number was associated with the -0565.  This proved to be false.  I also pointed out that 263 is not a cell prefix - she ignored that statement.  I asked her for her number so I could call back if I "discovered I knew someone with -0565."  She declined and said she would call back if not other luck.  After hanging up, I discovered this posting.  So I guess she was a telemarketer trying to build up a contact database?

Yeah, I got the same call today, it's a robotic voice on my answering machine, that say's that they will call back later.  My caller ID also say's "DATA R"

Got two calls from this caller yesterday, and just got another one from them. I refuse to answer because they don't leave any messages. My caller id says "DATA R". I assume it's some data research/survey company.
