they just call here. A female voice (low tone) spoke asking for someone here. Heard the last name said but did not here what the first name was because I press the pound after hereing dead air for seconds as she said the name and hung up

They keep calling even though I continue to tell them to take my number off their list.

This number comes listed on my phone many different ways. Often it is (they're tricky)  , "XO Communications, "unknown" or "Out of area", at least 2-3 times per month for the last 6 months. Just got another one this a.m. Telling them to halt, "I'm on DO NOT CALL LIST", means absolutely nothing. Usually the caller, in broken English, asks by name for my husband concerning diabetes medical supplies.. Quite often I do not pick up but sometimes I pick up and leave it off the hook for 15 minutes without saying a word. Probably doesn't harm them at all, but makes me feel better.

Got a "no answer" call from this number.  Got two calls from 703-457-2284 a few days ago also, that had one "no answer" and one with a female with thick foreign? accent, claiming to be working for a diabetes "charity".  Highly unlikely!!  Likely related to this number as well.

Continuously calling all hours of day.  When I called back, says OUT OF ORDER??

I'm getting very tired of getting texts and calls on my cell phone!!! My phone is suppose to be on a do not call list but i'm beginning to wonder!!  Once again this is another number that i will have to call my provider to have blocked!!! I hate TELEMARKETERS  if that is what you call them.. Leave me the hell alone!!!! Tired of getting charged for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got same diabetic club meter monitor sales pitch. Young guy  and goes on to ask for your
birthdate and social security #'s.  He or they are obviousley a I D THEFT RING not calling from
what is posted on your caller ID.  I got this call 2/4/11..since I would NOT buy he said I'd get a follow
up call...never did get call back.

Same as everyone else, a daily annoyance with no one there to answer. Why is it the do not call list does not seem to apply to these types of calls? I thought that robo calls were now illegal in the US?

Got a call 4 days in a row with no Voicemail left. I texted the number to ask who it was and it told me the text message couldn't be delivered. Finally picked up today and the person hung up, not surprised to find other people complaining about this number.

The caller hangs up without identifying himself and  no attempt to leave a message, very rude.

Unsolicited calls and hangups. Reverse phone list indicates owner as 34 yo Elizabeth Folk of Centerville Va. A return call has a message....."No Longer in Service". Seems to be many instances of this caller annoying people.

The earlier post shows this as a debt collector.  I owe no debts to anyone so they wouldn't be calling me for anything like that.  And why would they hang up?  Receiving calls daily from this number.  On call back I get the "no longer in service" recording.  Annoying....

This number has called me on more than one occasion! Every call they ask for "Matt". I have stated that Matt does not live with me, use this phone and they have the wrong number. JUST received another call for Matt and I completely lost it.He read back the # he was calling and I said yes that is MY number (never giving my name) and that I've had this same number for 9 years. Matt may have had it before me, but not now. I hope they take my name off their list. (even though i am on the DNC list)

I just received a call from this number on my ccell phone...when i answered the girl on the other end was laughing I said hello 3 time she finally said hi how are you...i said who is this she said are you kidding me?!  I said no who is this she laughed some more and then hung up.  i called the number back and got the same message that the phone was not in service.  This is the first call I have gotten from this number or anything like it.  I will get on verizon tonight and block the number from calling our phones

Did anyone who received a call from this number, have an unusual Facebook encounter right before? I had someone reach out and claim to be my friend, through her cousin's account-- we had a very strange FB IM convo, and then it became obvious it wasn't my friend and I blocked the person... but my phone number is on my page, so they could have potentially gotten the number off of there and called me after I blocked them?? Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen

They call many times a day and leave no message.  I am on the do-not-call list.  How are they getting by with this?

I have gotten calls from this number and another one-----I, also, am on the DNCL ---I have gotten lots of calls on my home phone, but not cell-this past week have gotten 2 of these calls----wish I knew what to do-----I talked to my cell provider---she said they would block the numbers---but----these people would just use another number.

Good thing is, when FCC Phone privacy regulations are violated, either through use of unsolicited recorded messages or calls to someone on the "do not call registry" and especially outside permitted hours, you can legally pursue the offender and claim monetary damages for each violation. Everyone should be aware of their rights and exercise them so that telemarketers seek out legitimate employment.

When I said "Hello., no reply.  I called back, "caller has not installed voice mail"  No caller name given, just Virginia location.

I received a hang up call from this number also. I also called back and got a disconnected recording. I then went to the no call registry and reported it, which I would suggest anyone else who gets a call from this number do also. That web address is: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx  and the form if very short and quick to fill out. You do not have to have your number registered with the no call registry to report this company.  For Company name I put "Would not identify themselves".  Then I gave details under the comment area.  Hope this helps others.
