CALLED ME AGAIN TODAY! SO REPORTING AGAIN TODAY!

They keep calling, and harassing. They are a racketeering drug ring fronting as a internet telemarketing agency. They start with a small business loan. Then they move drug manufacturing supplies on to your personal property to run their secret operations. They have been being investigated for quite some time. Police have been eluded by these thugs. The FBI and CIA has been notified due to the barrage of arsenal these gorillas have. With talks of nukes, Taliban, and theft of drone military aircraft shipment heisting in the works. They use other numbers such as: 888-829-8126 360-340-9591 323-316-1003 and 800-526-9766. You will not gain access to those numbers until you have been promoted as a made man with their cartel. For now, just keep reporting all their numbers. These telemarketers needs to die in a slow painful burning lava soaked satanic death! FCC FTC FDA Illegal. It is really annoying to receive these hang-up calls, google ad placements calls, small business loan offers, celluar phone messages, used celluar phone buyout recordings... EVERYDAY from a different scamming telemarketer, with the same goal: TO SCAM YOUR VIRGINITY first, wife, family, friends, neighbors, and lastly even your enemies.. Myron Corp is GRAVE ROBBERS!

On the real.. 800-526-9766 called yesterday and hung up. Called 2 times today and hung up. Called a third time today, and finally said their pitch that they are with some Myron corporation. It was indeed ANOTHER TELEMARKETER. As soon as I requested them to never call, DNC list, and asked to be removed from their calling list 913-529-2014 called with the same crap within 2 minutes of me hanging up. 913-529-2014  is Server Magic SERVERMAGIC. Server Magic is targeting licensed people in the phone book to pretend you are part of their, or can be added to their, listing of services in the area, They are located in KANSAS for pete's sake. How can they help me from Kansas with anything, other than SCAM ME OUT OF MY MANLIHOOD.

they have been calling for a bill finalized with documentation of payment through bank.  4 people later and several in escalations dept and no one can help.

I recently started to get calls from the number 703-291-9031 and the caller ID shows the Company as "Research Center". They do know my first and last name! I've never answered the phone call, but they have left one message. According to the message.. they stated the call was a Debt collector.
These types of calls I won't answer. My Husband was getting calls from other people trying to get him to give out his banking information for a supposed debt they were collecting on.
Never give out your personal information! They will rob you blind if you do!  Your best bet is to ignore the calls... try blocking the numbers, so they can't keep calling.  Good Luck everyone!

RECEIVABLESPERF has called me 50 times or more from a number that appears on my answering machine as 240-210-7111.  It is a robo-call.  When I answer, a recording asks, "Are you ____. Press '1' if yes and '2' if no."  No matter what I press, no real person appears on the line.  Whether I have some unknown debt I don't know. But the calls provide no information, just continuing irritation.

You might not require an attorney. If you file in small claims court, ensure the summons is sent properly, and they don't show up, YOU WIN!.

Absolutely FALSE. Depending on what state you are in there are varying statutes of limitations for debt. If that time passes, they cannot do anything except call. You can stop the calling by sending a certified letter to the debt collector stating that the debt is outside of the statute of limitations and a request to stop calling. If they continue to call, file in small claims court, and you can make money off of the collector.

This does not work for certain debts, such as federal student loans. As always, laws vary by state. Your mileage may vary. Batteries not included.

That is not them. That is the phone company, however, and Level 3 communications may be able to shut down the number.

They had just called asking for my mom and they keep changing their number.

Getting calls since the end of October.  I refuse to answer because one will only get more grief.  If they had a legitimate claim, the one owing should be getting some sort of paper work to justify the calls.  I am ready to seek my lawyer and get him on board. I will give you a hint they don't respect lawyers either.   Always becomes a run around for them and us.

If you actually go to the website www.receiveablesperformance.com there is pretty much nothing there....just a picture and a message that the domain might be for sale.  Guess that confirms the illegitimacy of the company....if you are legitimate, you don't have anything to hide.

As someone else mentioned, they call, let my phone ring (cell phone) which is NOT MCI, then hang up, I want them to stop calling NOW.....they call min. 2X a day and late at night

They continue to call me. Said I live in Fla, but I live in OH. They want me to pay over the phone for what they say are 4 past due cc accounts. I've only had 2 cc's, I tell them this and they start arguing. I have them my current address, said mail me an invoice so I have something in writing, they said once that they would mail it, now they say they don't do that. Then they pressure me to make a payment to save a large percentage, but I have to pay right then on the phone. Don't waste your time with these people, they are beyond reason, and clearly not professional.

Hey instead of griping to other people about calling a number that is bugging you why don't you call them yourself and find out all the information that you want? Or at least ask nicely instead being a total rude snobby bi*** about it.

I agree if its so important and real why don't they leave a message. I just ignore the calls now. Can't stand them they have called for the past month and a half or so.

contact the FTC federal trade commision. there are laws protecting us and collection agencies abuse these rights.

they only started calling me when i got a verizon phone.  i don't owe them anything, just had their service for a week!

This company is calling in access.  They need to stop calling 813 373-5521.

Calls returned to toll free numbers (800, 888, 877, 866, etc) do not cost the company much, UNLESS made from pay phones.  Calls made to these numbers from payphones incur a surcharge for every completed (answered, even if only 1 or 2 seconds) call.  The surcharge is usually 50 cents per call.
Something to keep in mind whenever you pass a payphone.  ;-)  Might be worth keeping a list of numbers that call constantly & returning those calls *at your convenience*

They are violating debt collection laws by continuing to call you.  Send them a certified letter, return receipt telling them not to call you at your number any more.  If they continue after receiving that letter, they are breaking the law and you can sue them for damages.  Lots of consumer attorneys out there that take this kind of stuff for free.

This is a "Junk" Debt Collector, they buy debts for pennies, and try to collect debts which are not longer worthy, written off. Just ignore them.

I have a Metro PCS phone. I got a call from 703-291-9039. I got it last Tuesday and only got this second call. I'm really glad I found this page. Living in GA means that I can record the phone call as long as both parties know that they are being recorded. Try getting them to agree to a recorded phone call. Thats what I'm gonna do next time they call.

Just recently started receiving calls from this number. Never picked it up and they never leave a voicemail message. I never had or have debt or own money to anyone so I don't know why I am getting these calls. Most likely the people behind these calls or scammers and to those unfortunate enough to actually give their personal information to these people, kiss your money goodbye. I only get these calls on my Verizon mobile phone and not my home phone. Thank goodness Verizon has a feature to block up to 5 numbers but it's only temporary...

I recently  bought a car from a honda dealership. Soon after that i started receiving calls from this #. They call me at least 3 times a day. I never answer to them. I want this to stop and dont know what to do.
