Too bad Dr. George Tiller was killed by that crazy neo con. Dr Tiller was lauded a hero by many since many desperate women who needed to terminate their pregnancies were denied their right, except by Dr. Tiller. Dr. Tiller was a man of great courage and compassion. He wasn't mainstream and was one of a few dedicated health care providers who was extremely empathetic in his profession. I only hope that there will be another great woman or man in medical school who'll one day emulate the tremendous integrity that Dr. George Tiller practiced. A woman's right to choose will never be overturned. I applaud President Obama's firm stance on the issue and his progressive agenda for a modern world to aim high and never look back.

By now, everyone should have figured out that the FTC
DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.  
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.
Here is an example of my own personal log-book, which
is very easily and simply kept by using "TEXT:"

I keep a separate TEXT FILE named for each and every
number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.

Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it.  Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name.  Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.

My phone rang at 7:35 AM last Sunday morning, I was jolted awake by the early call, I looked at my caller ID and noticed it was a strange number. Being extremely pissed off I called the number on my caller ID (703-321-9200) and all I get is an automated message claiming that this is The National Pro-life Alliance and our offices are closed and to please leave a message. By the way, my husband is in the ICU following triple by pass heart surgery and he's not recovering too well from the procedure, and having my phone ring so early in the morning scared the hell out of me. I thought it was the hospital alerting me that my husband took a turn for the worse. All I can say is you lowly b******* who try to solicite your junk (bogus) products or (bogus) causes by harrassing people day in and day out I hope you ALL rot in hell if there's such a place!

Oh, and please make sure you contact us promptly so we may hastily bleed your bank account with our bogus cause.

Give it up you morons! You cold call tens of thousands of people daily, baiting your hooks, hoping to snare a few credulous fools who'll believe anything and everything they hear.

How much money actually goes to "bettering this cause?" I know where the lion's share of the donations go to. Yes, of course, the head honcho, the big chief in charge, so that he, Martin Fox, the head man with NPLA, can enjoy the good-life. The fleet of luxury cars, the mansions, the fleet of aircraft and all the other big ticket material goods to satisfy the needs of these monetary villains.

I've been slammed with junk solicitations from this so-called chairity for several days now. I pick up my phone and it's dead air. This happens everytime and I'm beyond annoyed with this nonsense. It amazes me since I'm not even pro-life and these clowns get your number and make their cold calls daily. I went to the National Pro-Life Alliance web site and there's no information to leave an email, nor is there a telephone number to tell them to remove your name and number from their call list. The only contact info for this questionable organization is through snail mail.

Called and hung up when I answered tried to return call but needed an extension number to speak with someone.

This is the "National Pro-Life Alliance", and anti-abortion lobbying group.

Don't know how they got my number, but they're damned persistent.  Every day for the past three years . . .

Every day at around 920 am, they call, if i pick up they hang up, if my machine picks up they hang up, called back, requires extension. Its getting annoying

Me too - got this call and answered it. They asked me by "my name" as a question and I said NO, who's this. She told me and said we'll call again before I had a chance to say anything.

I called their number (703) 321-9200 and got a recording that it was after hours - it's 3:00 in the afternoon!  But I left a stern message beginning with my telephone number and ending with my number "DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN - MY MOTHER IS ILL IN BED AND CANNOT GET TO THE PHONE - DON'T CALL AGAIN!"

I don't give money to telemarketers but, the information if disturbing is true.. and should be disseminated in order to wake people up.

This call comes from the National Pro-Life Association. They call regularly, despite repeated requests to take my phone number off their calling list. It's time to complain to the Do Not Call Register!
