I know the (current) owner of the phone number - he has no clue about what this complaint is about. He suggests it is someone who has his number or may be spoofing his number. Though the complaint is itself totally broken English suggesting a non-native English author, I attempted to understand it and asked the owner about a possible attempt to buy something, bargaining down the price, then later asking for his money back and he pretty much said "Huh?"

So, anyway, I think this particular entry is sour grapes either against the owner or against someone else using the owner's phone number.

He's a fat Asian who will tried to short sale you with broken English. Than wants his money back in the middle of everything.beware
