Company who is the service provider for this number os LEVEL 3  COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - VA.  Can send an email to them from their site because on Windows 7 and Internet Explorer cant set up a defaul email.

Tried to contact the newspaper in the area but the site didn't allow a connection.  Might make a wierd special interest story.  Cant find in the area yellow pages who supplies the service to this number,  Was considering calling the number minus one 703-348-2295 or some others and tell who may answer, "this may sound stupid but...." and explain this story and then ask who there service provider is to contact THAT company and complaining to them.

I think it is just might be a party doing research, calling to find out when you are home.  I wouldn't even bother picking it up.  I blocked this number to fix them for a while.

THIS NUMBER CALLS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, BUT NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.  WHEN I ANSWER NOBODY RESPONDS.  I CALLED THE NUMBER AND GOT A MESSAGE THAT IT IS NO LONGER A WORKING NUMBER- CODE I100.

Have received several call within the last week.  Caller ID displays number along with Arcola, VA.  When answered, person asks for my husband by name.  So far he's not been available.  I ask if there's a message - they say no, they will call again.  In future, I just won't answer.

Just got a call from this number that woke me up.  The phone company was useless when I called them.  Said I could either change MY number or call the police.  The next time I will call (for our phone system) *57 which is supposed to trace the call. The problem with that is that when I called it back, recording said it is not a working number!

I get a daily call from 703 348-2296 - I answered it several times and no one answered.  I called back and got a recording that it is not in service.  What is the reason for making this call?

This number calls my phone virtually every day, sometimes more than once. When I did pick up the first two times some time ago, no one said anything. It's a Virginia area code. Has anyone reported it to the VA secretary of state or other official?

Boht my cell and house phones ring every day with this number. No one answers and when you try to redial the line isn't in use and error message comes up!

We are getting calls from this number constantly, how can we get it to stop?

I get a call from that number every day and sometime two or three times a day. I've about had it with this crap. I willl have to contact some one and find out what the story is.

Says "Virginia Call".  No one there.  Calls too early in the morning!

We also get calls from this number with same results as others - no message, no one on the line when we answer.  The scam is probably to establish that our home numbers are working ones, so that teh number can then be sold to others (who will then freely violate the Do Not Call parameter we established on our phone)

Dialing the number yields "the number you are calling is not is service" etc.  Something shady is going on.

No one there. Dead air. So, is it a poll to find unocupied houses to visit? Why do they (you?) call if there is nothing to say?

I have received 5 calls over the last week and a half.  Never answered it, but called it back and it says "the number you have dialed is no longer in service."  It is now blocked.

I'm in the same boat as KFD. I have received several calls from this number. I never answer, and there is never a message left. Annoying!

I am fed up with this. Twice within one hour, it is time we bombard Congress with calls and e mails demanding a bill to outlaw any and all telemarketing calls and robo calls.

I received 2 calls from 703-348-2296 as well; one on 4/25 and the other on 4/26/2012. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and no message was left.
