I think when they have you on hold they have the possibility of tracking your address, so it's definitely a scam- when I get a call I just hand up- I think they basically know your location and access a local number but it's probably patched in, be careful, just hang up, dang scammers

Have been getting 2-3 calls a day from this number for the past week. If I answer, it just plays a Van Morrison song on loop. Sometimes there is a VM playing the same song, sometimes there is no VM. ANNOYING
