This is a bill collector. They are rude when you return the call.

They have called everyday for a week at the same time.. around 8:30 When I ask them to take my number off there list they jut hang up on me... I don't know how to contact them to stop calling me

Calls from 703-398-0003 is from the Law Offices of Mitchell N Kay for debt collection.  This firm keeps leaving messages on my vm.  The messages states to hang up if I was not the guy they were looking for and to hang up.  How can you hang up if you are unavailable and the answering machine is taking the messages DUH! Why don't these collection firms just go google up those people who owes them money?  It's so annoying

I started getting these calls about the same time another company started calling my cell phone asking for someone else no idea how they had my cell but west asset managment calls and ask for a totally different person no one that even lives here I told them this and am still getting calls

The call several times a day, every day.  They say they are a collection agency.  I have a friend you gave in to this scam, just in case, she didn´t want to owe anybody any money, and they stiffed her $100.  Of course, then they asked for more.

I just got a call from this number.  It was a man asking for someone I never heard of. When I informed him that he had a wrong number, he had the nerve to ask me if I knew anyone by that name.  Honestly, did this idiot think I would tell him if I did?

report them to the police . they are not allowed to call more than 3 times in one day. then get a lawyer and sue them . or tell them if they call again you will sue them told one collector if you call here again i will sue you. never had any more calls from that one.

get an unlisted phone number and then when they call they get this is an unlisted number no more information can be given.

This number calls me at least 5-10 times a day. It comes up as West Asset Mgt on my caller ID. My number is a business number attached to my fax machine. When I called the number back a man told me they were a debt collector for Sprint.

THIS TIME I GOT A CALL AND THE PERSON SPOKE ASKING FOR GLENDA AND I TOLD THE WOMEN TO STOP CALLING THIS HOUSE AND SHE WAS RUDE WITH BAD WORDS.

can you put in *57 for harassment calls. after 3 times it gets reported to the police?

I installed an answering machine on my telephone so that I can see what comes up on my caller id.  I kept the default message so that nothing is in my voice, but modified it.  I found the 3 tones that indicate that a number has been disconnected.  I recorded the original message from the answering machine to my computer using a microphone and Windows "Sound Recorder".  I then opened the three tone .wav file and played it to the end (only a second or so).  I then used the "Insert File" option under the file menu to append the original recording and saved the file with a new name.  Finally, I recorded this message on my answering machine.  Eventually, the computers that autodial your number will detect that your telephone has been disconnected and the calls will diminish, or if you are very lucky, stop for at least a little while.

Sure, you can buy a "Telezapper" or something similar, but why spend the extra money when you already own everything you need (except the cheap answering machine).  And if you don't have a mic, you can get one anywhere for just a few dollars.

call 3 -4 times a day, no message and when i pick up they don't say anything. they are driving me crazy!!! what can be done??!??!

This number was calling 2-3 times per day and would not leave a message. If you keep getting calls from this number call(888) 433-2886 and ask for the legal department.  This is the business's main number and under legal threat they can take you off their list. We will see if the calls stop.

ALSO KEEP IN MIND YOU CAN TELL THEM THIS IS YOUR CELL PHONE AND THEY ARE USING YOUR MINUTES AND THEY HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOUR WISHES ON NO MORE CALLS ALSO IF YOU CAN ALSO ASK FOR MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR -  HOURS ALLOWED TO CALL 8 AM - 9PM **** ALSO READ UP ON THE   ( F D C P A ) MORE INFORMATION IF THEY STILL CALL GET LAYWER AND THINK ABOUT SOME EXTRA MONEY IN HAND AND THE GAS PRICES AND IT WONT MATTER HOW MUCH THEY CALL ! THEN !  ...  THIS APPLIES TO DEBT COLLECTORS AND TELEMARKETING ALSO AND SALES ... TELL THEM YOU KNOW THE FDCPA THEY WILL STOP CALLING THEN, BUT I SAY GET LAYWER !

They refuse to stop calling me. They say it's my problem, not theirs. They call me three or four times a day looking for someone else at this address and tell me that since I can't give them another number to call, they will keep calling mine. Jerks.

Calls multiple times a day up to 10 times in one day

I get calls from this number on a daily basis and I get 3-4 calls a day even on the weekend. They are very insistent about getting payment information to collect a debt for Sprint is what they told me. They are pushy and annoying. They won't stop calling even when you tell them not to call you again they continue to call.
