I received a call at home from this number. Caller ID says IC System. I did answer it but the other end is a recording that just keeps saying hold please while I try to connect you to other end. I am on the do not call registry but wonder how good that is since I've been getting telemarketing calls and bogus calls from odd numbers like this.

They call my work phone several times a day. I work for the federal government. These guys are idiots.

Like all the other reporters, we too recieve these calls several times each day. IC Systems shows up on the caller ID. I normally yet the call go to voice mail. They never leave a message. Twice I actually try to answer the call, however they never picked up. I have never returned the call and don't plan to. Know the question, why are they getting away with this. What has happened to the FCC?

They have been calling my home phone for weeks now. They never leave a message.. I know they called because it shows up on my caller ID.

scum bags called 10 times on sunday , every time i answered they hung up. i called the # back and they wanted my ss # and name . i told them f**k u and i hung up.
