A person from this number calls every 30 minutes even way after business hours. As I do not respond to any calls from unknown name numbers, one time when he got the phone mail pick up, he mistook it for a person and said "Hello?" It sounded like a young male in a large boiler room operation with the buzz of others talking in the background. I am forwarding the particulars to the phone company and the FCC, as this is pure and simple phone harassment. (No, I have no Discover card and nothing after this will ever prompt me to get one).
The next time the phone rang with this number, for some strange reason he hung up before I could say hello. Now why would someone call a number over and over then hang up as soon as it gets answered?
