I have received phone calls from this number too but I don't answer the phone if I don't know who it is.
The name shows up on the caller ID as  Herndon, Va

I have been receiving phone calls, messages and complaints left on my business and home phones about these phone calls which, of course, I have never made. I have reported these incidents to the local police department and they are currently investigating the matter.  This is obviousy a scam and the individual(s) is/are using my name and probably some others' names. I will let you know if there are any findings or resolution to this.

Call was from congressman scum Tom Feeney; I have asked three times not to be called, but they do not care.  Was a very slanted "survey".

I have been getting called by this number as well, it's a market survey for the upcoming election...I think this is scam game.

I received a call from this number.
Caller ID says it's from ER 2007.
When I call back there is no number.

My grandmother and myself have received several calls from this number, and the recorded message they leave says something to the effect that it's a political survey and that they will call back. Both my grandmother and I are on the DNC registry so this too makes me angry. My grandmother is pretty naive when it comes to scams, but I'm quite street smart to phone and Internet scams, so when we both received this message (considering we're on the DNC list), I became suspicious. Is this call truly a scam or what? The statements I read here don't really help me get to any conclusion.

Called last night; my husband answered and no one there.  Called this morning I saw the # and didn't pick up. No message left.

I got a weird recorded messagage with an undeciseded first word such as "Prank", "Prey", or "Grey" then it said "(Undecsided tone)call, We may call back later. Thank you." It was pretty scary because I got home at 9:00 and it was all dark and I first thought it said prey and I thought "But I don't know anyone from Virgina." Don't call back. I did'nt, and its just a scam and probably going to be on the live media. Thank you For your time and never trust unknown callers. :-)

I keep getting this caller daily.  Unfortunately I can't block the number either.

Left no message, first time I saw this number ER 2007,Im also on the do not call list, there should be a way to send 1,000 volts through the line and melt their phone.

Just for everyone's info, there are a bunch of loopholes in teh do not call list. Companies that are doing surveys (not selling things) can ALWAYS call you. So can people wanting political funding, and so can telephone service providers (they were the worst before the list anyway so go figure). The people that can't call are small local businesses that we might actually be intersted in their services...

That is how we all still get calls, especially those that you don't want.

They have calle doff and on for a week now, usually no one is on the line when I answer, and never get through when trying to call them back.

The do not call list does not apply to market research, you have to say these exact words take my number of of your list or legally they can keep calling

Just got a call from them.  I agree with all the messages above.  They found a way to get around do not call lists.

JUST RECEIVED ER 2007 call??? no msg  --- this is totally rude and mean.  I have an elderly mom, son traveling from college and did not get to phone in time.  This is one that I hope does call back as they will be real frickin'sorry they did!!!!

Received the call Oct 10 at 8:35 PM. Let answering macine do its job. Message said, "This is an election survey. We may call again." For those on the DNC list - charitable organizations, political organizations and surveys are exempt from the list. BUT they may not become harassing - calling several times in a day or calling between 9PM and 8AM.

Got this call and wasn't home.  Thought it important, so I called back and it was busy.  Called again this morning and get no answer.  I too am on the DNC list.  All of a sudden lately we are getting a rediculous number of survey calls when we are on the list.  Anyone got any suggestions as to how to get this to stop??  Thanks

I just received the ER 2007 Call...what can we do about this?  This is getting freaking ridiculous when you are on a "Do not call" list and it does nothing for you, really.  Frustrated!

Same thing as others...called a few minutes ago...some survey. I too, am on a DNC listing.

Called tonight...my wife and I Screen calls anyway via Caller ID if we don't know the answer.  I just filled a Diabetic prescription.  I am curious.

We are also on the do not call list, but got this anyway.  I was not home.  No message left.  Called number back because work at hospital-thought I might have been called in. No answer.  Wish there were some way to stop these people.

Call was an electronic survey of yes/no questions regarding a referendum for school vouchers on the Nov 2007 ballot.
