This person called my friend a few times this morning trying to get ahold of me saying that i was doing fradulent activity. She said she didnt know how to get ahold of me because it sounded fake to her as they were not very professional about anything. And they then told her to stop trying to hide me that if she didnt help them to get ahold of me that she would be in serious trouble too. They told her that the name of their company was something like fradulent protective services. It is fake it sounds totally fake they told her that i applied for a loan and put her as a reference which you do not have to do for a loan. Even if i did, wouldnt you think being as i applied for the loan that they would have my number to start with? Help find out who this is and put a stop to what they are doing!

I reported this to many agencies including FBI. These people are frauds and need to be stopped. Please report to better business bureau and attorney general in your area.

I got the same call this AM i did not answer as it was an uncomplete number on the caller id ( 303339747 ). A man with a strong Arabic/Indian accent left a message stating he was Officer Dominic Toreatu (hmmm. rite like i belived that) and my friend and I were comminting fraudlent activity for she or i not to run to call him at 703-574-5309 immideatly or all legal action will be taken so be on the safe side and call then hung up on message. "My friend is my sister not my friend". This is a scam these criminals do not comply with the do not call registry, Not were they professional at all. Do not give out any info. I traced the calls to Waterford, Va Loudon County i called the sheriff there at 703-777-1021 nd complained to them as well as the BBB,FCC,FTC,OAG,LOCAL NEWS AND FBI and urge all to do the same.

I received a call today at work from a caller exactly like the ones listed above..call came up Unknown on caller ID...he had a heavy indian type accent and said he was an officer and that I am being investigated blah blah blah.    I asked where he was calling from and he wouldn't say.  He tried to get me to verify my SSN,  at which point I hung up on him.  He called back , trying to get me to pay him on what he said was owed to a company called Universal Cash Advance.  Never heard of that company.   I have done payday loans before, but have paid them right off.
He continued to say if I didn't pay the amount he was saying today I would be reported to my county and someone would be coming to my work or home.   Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy!!!!

After 3 and 1/2 years of this harrassing phone calls I got another one today from a 412-360-8425 number and a guy named Mark Johnson was his name with an indian accent. After listening to him for 10 minutes of him telling me that I was in violation and could get sentended to 20 years in prison he asked me if someone had gone to my place of residence or home because he could stop them if I agreed to answer three questions and settle the amount which was never discussed. I then told him to send me something in writing and he refused, he then got irrate with me and start yelling and threatening me so I hung up on him.  How can these people be stopped?????

I received a call today from this same number with a guy with an accent saying his name was officer Dominque Donitor from office of crime div saying he had important business matter to discuss if i didnt call back there would be a warrant out.

I received a call from these people as well yesterday. The man stated that his name was officer Steve Martin. He told me that I supposedly took a pay day loan out in 2005. He asked me to verify my social secuirty number, which I did not. He then went on to tell me that unless I wanted to settle the matter it would be followed up in court and they will come to my home, my job, or my family home to arrest me.

When I asked him the name of his company and where they were located he said he could not give me the information until I was at a Western Union. I told him I would not go to any Western Union to pay a bill I have know clue about. I also told him I would be waiting for him with my attorney.
Does anyone know if these people are being investigated? They have also called me sister recently at her job and her harassed her and her co workers. This is a damn shame.

I got a call this am 1/20/09 at 930 MST did not answer because it was an uncomplete number on the caller id ( 303339747 ). A man with a heavy Foregin Arabic/Indian accent left me a message stating he was from the office of Dominic Toreatu to call 7035745309 that me and my friend which he could not pronounce were involved in fradulent activity and threatend with legal action said not to run and be on the safe side and hung up on message. "  There was alot of noise in the back like others calling from call center. My friend who they were talking about is my sister not my friend I called the BBB and FCC and Local Atorney General and FBI and local news and complained.

This man called me telling me that he is a cop and he ut out three warrents aainst me for a internet loan mind you my state do not do payday loans they took it away. I contacted the GBI-FBI. I also contacted the Virginia Police Department. Thank everyone for posting their complaints because as I was talking to him I googled his number and all the comments came up. THANK YOU AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too have gotten a threating phone call from these people.  The first thing I did was call the better business bureau.  I suggest the rest of you do the same.  The better business bureau is now having me call the Attorney General and FCC because apparently there is a problem. Please everyone who experiences this please call local Better business bureau and attorney general.

I received the same phone call from this number it did come up blocked and lisa the caller stated she was a crime investigator she also stated I was doing fradulent activity and if I didnt pay right away I would go to jail for a long time.  It sounded so fake that when I said I will give this number to the police for harrassment she immediately hung up.

I too, like Kendi received a call from a Lisa saying that my friend used my name and my number and she said that we BOTH where doing fradulent activity and that the call was 'time sensitive' and would take legal action against me and that I should have my friend or ME call back... when they called me, it was a BLOCKED number but did live a the call back number of 703-574-5309... I received this call in the early morning hours and the callers having a heavy foreign accent! She claimed to be calling from "The Financial Crime Division" but doesn't state what company... I told her that I was recording our conversation to take to my counsel and she paused and said "really"... a real bi***!

this person called me saying he is i cop/ officer bryan saying that i am going to jall for a bill that i payed for and he sad that i need not pay but i have a receipt ofthis bill from the client name sgq processing and thay are called the united pay services. but this is the same person calling me every 3 to 6 monuths trying to have me give tham money that i donot haveto pay tham. nuthing came to me in the mail in rightting thay just called me and say if you donot pay this right know you will go to jall for a longtime and i told him that i have a receit and thay sayed that i need to pay this right know and i cant send a fax to him to show him that i have the receit and payed this off. so help me get that person trying to take money from other people.
