Caller left no message. I called the number back and the voice mail message said that I had reached Paul. I do know that the Ready for Hillary PAC is based in Virginia, and I suspect this is campaign-related, but that's just a guess.

Called my mobile number. I did not recognize the number so I ignored it.
They did not bother to leave a voicemail.

This must be a collection agency, as I don't accept calls from unregistered callers.....and the caller tried to call 5 times in one minute.
