Well...I don't have a cell phone and I don't download apps. So thats out...
However...this number (703) 618-3547 came up on caller ID with the name "Diem Giang" yes...sounds Korean or someone foreign.
I did not answer the call, nor did they leave a message.

When you download certain aps on your phone they sell your number,  the guy is a scam artist.

I have gotten a call from a different 703 area code number about every other day Asian sounding voice on other end says something about auto something can't understand him. Same voice and start line every time even thought it a different number.  Told them to quit calling and to remove number from calling list and the guy responds no I won't quit calling and I will not remove the number from list and then hangs up! Looked up area code followed by the first 3 digits and all calls are Verizon numbers. I'm a Verizon customer. Curious about recent issues on news with Verizon.
