This guy named "John Marshall" called me saying I owed money. Called from a 347-348-0765 number. Then I got a call from a unknown number from a Jonathan Fisher and he messed up by saying he called and I hung up on him. I told him at first he told me he was John Marshall, then he tried to correct me and say to talk to this David Cooper guy. When "David Cooper" came on the line, he said he got a fax from a Mike Simmons and that I need to call him. I asked this "David Cooper" for his direct # and he got mad and asked me why did I need his number. Just like someone else reported, I could hear my voice echoing in the phone. This is a big scam! I have not taken out a loan. They wouldn't tell me who the loan was with or anything. I have already notified the police about these scams

I received a call from them also- AMERICAN JUDGEMENT SERVICES! At my home number and cell number. VERY FOREIGN - heavy accent. He first called my home line, the call was very broken up..I could hear my voice echoing. When I asked for the companies address and information he hung up on me... then called my cell and left a message.

I am glad to know it is a scam. I am going to report the number to the donotcall.gov ...

The man also left me a phone number to call back, and it's not connected...how funny.

I can say almost the same thing except that his name was Sam Bray and that I defaulted on a loan from American Cash Advance in the amount of $300.  I asked for documentation and he had no response to that.  I had asked to talk to his supervisor and that's when he hung up.

I had just exactly the same name and the same information call me. I also have had several different 'people' call me from different numbers but they all sounded the same and seem to read from the same script and had very thick foreign accents. The funny thing is when the first one called I tried to get them to send me something in the mail to show what I owed and who was claiming I owed them. At that point, the man said "NO". He has called me at work even though I have repeatedly informed him that continuing to call would get me fired. I can see who is calling and now just take the phone and place the receiver on my radio which is playing. That day he called my work at least 20 times and calling over and over within seconds of each call, the same day my home phone had a least 20 calls from him and he left about 6 msg. I talked to an attorney who basically told me the same thing - that I should not pay anything to them and not pay any attention to it. You know they won't even tell me the dollar amount I supposedly owed.  It is so maddening and frustrating that I don't know what to do anymore.

Man has called repeatedly saying he is from Virginia.  He stated that legal action was being threatened against a co-worker and when she was on the phone, he tried to sell her something.  This also happened in another department with another employee.  These men always have foreign accents.

i have  also been recieving phone calls. i called the number 631-409-8056 to the guy who wants my address to serve me papers, his name he claimed was jimmie johnson but i know that is not the persons name he used before but was the same voice.. i asked the courthouse city and state he was out of and he would not give me an answer and had a foreign accent. he just kept raising his voice to me. i hung up on him. his company is rnk inc. out of long island n.y. i got that off the computer by putting in his phone number. the other that called is 703-651-3275 and wanted me to fax a statement to david cooper at fax number206-337-9713 and to include my debt card information. he just called again and when i told him i was investagting his company he started to yell at me and then said i had two days and hung up.he

Yes this are some Indian Guys who try to scam you ,
maybe we should call them and tell them that they can f...their self.
I hope nobody pays them some money you'll never see it again.
I found out in an other forum that they belong to Telemarketers or so.

I just received a call from this number 1-703-651-3275 They claim I'm someone else that they have my social security number n that I better get a hold of them ASAP or they are taking me to court so I better get a lawyer. I work for a attorney they have called this number numerous times n no answer. This scam needs to stop NOW!!! His name is David Cooper from American Law Division they also claim to have a legal app against this name that I will be called from the court house n the police will suppena me if I don't call them with what I'm going to do.

Also, more people need to file a complaint with the FTC.

This guy called my sister's cell phone, looking for me.  SMH  These people are crazy!!!!  Oh, and my sister thinks he's soo funny that she's doing the same thing, calling him back to back, and everyday. LOL

They called and claimed to be a police agency. This is clearly a scam. Do not supply any information.

I just received a call from an Anthony Johnson from American Judgement Services.  This guy calls at least once a week telling me that they have my name and SSN.  That they are going to come to my work and I'm in alot of trouble.  I don't pay attention to them because they are nothing but a scam.  It is the same guy that goes by five or six different names.

I got a call from someone name Jimmy Johnson saying that there was a case against me based on my Social Security number. I did not call them back. Then the next day call again. Did not call back. I have never borrowed money from this place, so I know that this is a scam.

Middle Eastern male using all sorts of aliases screaming at me for money by debit card, different amounts, changes per call.  Said there is a suit filed against my SSN and if I do not pay immediately, I am going to jail.  That police are on their way, and that I need to pay to stop them.  That I will never see my family again, and some other things I would never repeat that were disgusting.

scott willson.. is who called me from this number 5/9/11 very very crazy conversation, this guy is a scamer and did have alot of my info. he wouldn't give me any info on the lawsuit and after i got angery at him he called me a mother ****er and told me he would come to my house and put a bullet in my a**. the 3rd time i talked to him i told him i would never pay him and that he was a f****ing scamer and he went on to say that i was a  #$%^&(*)(&^^%#%*(**^^**$###%^ and that... no joke these are his words,

The foriegn fool hs harassed me for over a year not all the time but just every 6 weeks or so I cAN COUNT ON  David Martin (the foriegn guy right) He does have some of my vital info and I agree with the Phone call Idea suggested above. I am up at all hours of the night and I will take the midnight ill 8am shift and David Martin will wish he had never F--ked  with America.

HA! This same company keeps calling me over and over again. I am sick of them. If I wasn't at work I would cuss them out. I know it's a scam because this has happened to me several times before. Same thing happened but I think it is a Nigerian Accent.  I haven't talked to him, but he keeps stating the samething over and over.  He has called 4 times and left the exact same message four times.  He said his name was Mark and was from American Judgment Services.  What a joke!!!!!

i got multiple phone calls from this numbern 7036513275 all of the people i spoke to had a idian acent they told me i have a legal case against me if i did not give them my lawyers name they were going to proceed with having the police come to my home and they said the deposited money in my checking account which they did not they had my account number and name and social i laughed at them and they hung up they still call this has been going on for five months now.

the people that called me had an east indian accent but what scaredme is that they new my last bank account number and where i opened the account and my city i lived.

I work for Attorney's and i told this David Cooper that on Friday when he called me.  I have at this point filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.  this is the biggest bunch of crap i have ever heard of.  Have never received anything in writing about this "so called" debt, never received an email, never received cash from this place so i don't know how i could possibly owe someone money i never received.  IDIOTS....!!!!  When i asked Mr. Cooper (not) for his mailing address, fax number so i could write a letter to him he got pissed.  I have researched both American Judgement Services (can't find any info on them) and Cash Advance America has one website.  No phone number is listed you can only contact them by email, IMAGINE THAT.  I knew he was lying as soon as he said Cash Advance American because i have never borrowed from a payday loan company.  I am waiting on this guy to call me back cause I am going to explode on the phone and then let me boss speak directly with him since he is an attorney.

I received numerous calls at work Colleen from this same man...David Cooper who was so not named David Cooper...he was foreign...could barely understand him. He stated the same thing that he told you. I asked him to fax me documentation about the loan or an email. He stated that he didn't have to do that and got a little annoyed. It was funny because I called back the number and he would be the only one that answered. I would ask to speak to someone and he would keep saying that he was the head manager there. I ignored him when he would call but he has been calling me at work and even discussed with my manager that he was calling in regards to a legal case along with other details. I saw the number come up on the caller ID at work and stated a different name besides mine and David went on to talk about how I committed fraud and was going to be arrested and everything else. Thank goodness it was really me on the phone but what if it was someone else. I tried figuring out what this was all about and he just wanted money and couldn't fax or email me anything but wanted me to give him at least a $100 today so I wouldn't be arrested. I told him no and even when this started asked him numerous times and so did my boss to not call here at work. Even gave him my cell number so he wouldn't call my work.Finally when he called today and thought it wasn't me but my boss on the phone I told him that I was calling my lawyer for him talking about my information and that the police department was called. He told me I would be arrested at work and be fired because I dragged my place of employment into this. After I told him about my lawyer and the police deparment he told me not to call back. And just like you said, if it was a big company collecting debts, you would be able to find it on the internet and its address, etc. Companies advertise all that stuff and for free. I hope he doesn't call again.

This company claims to be American Judgement Services which I have never heard or or dealt with.  I talked with a David Cooper (NOT) guy was foreign so his name certainly is not David Cooper.  he claimed i borrowed money from cash advance america (which i never have) and Mr. Cooper explained that i owed them $700 some odd dollars and then once they involved their atty's to file suit/judgement against me i would owe $5,484.00.  I explained to Mr. Cooper that i work for lawyer's as a legal assistant and that i wanted some type of documentation regarding this so called loan, when it was deposited, how much, etc.  all he could tell me was that they gave me $400 sometime in August of 2010.  He tried to say they have sent me several emails (never got any) and then he told me to contact Cash Advance America at 281-982-2299.  so i called them and they could give me no more info then Mr. Cooper.  I called my bank and they show no deposit for $400 nor do they show a Cash Advance America EVER making a deposit to my account.  These guys are trying to get your info so they can steal your money.  I am going to contact the Ohio Attorney General's office as well as the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint against these guys.  Don't let them threaten you, tell them you will contact your attorney and have them give you as much info as you can get.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO WHATSOEVER....... I guarantee once you tell them your contacting an attorney they won't call back.  I tried to get the guy to give me a fax number so i could fax a letter and even asked for his email which he would not give.  if these companies were legit you could find them online buy running a search for their phone numbers, name of the company something but everything leads back to these pages where ppl just report that they received calls.
