They are calling from from a computer using AOL instant messenger.

Honestly I didn't answer it but I lived with my exhusband in VA. So I got curious and Googled the number and found this website. Since I have been on both eharmony and match.com at some point I figured I should say something

He is now going by the name Victor Gearhart and trying to scam people into buying classic Cadillacs using this phone number.

This guy is now on chemistry.com as John Boswell.  He's a sweet talker!  Very thick accent.

This person called me on six different numbers from six different area codes including this one. Says his name is Mark Smith. Very thick accent, could barely understand him. Apparently is working scams on women on eharmony and match com

This person Jones Lancelot started using my debit card from our bank in great bend,kansas.I think he some how got it from my online shopping.We turned it over to the Great bend law,and they have got a pretty good trail on him.The things he has been buying on my card are all being shipped to a house that is for sale in Baltimore,maryland.The address is 3611 cottage ave. 21215.The date he started using my card was Aug.6,2009 he is still trying to use it ,but the bank has destroyed it and cancelled that account out.Our bank and us together have got our money being returned to us.Some one really needs to get to the bottom of this ring of crooks!

He (jones) called us asking for 50 banners aswell.

I got a call last week from Mr. Jones Lancelot ... he wanted to buy 50 8 foot banners ... I was immediately suspicious, he wanted a quote and was paying by Visa ... I provided a ridiculous quote and he sent me two Visa numbers including expiration dates via e-mail ... I reported them to the local police ... Mr. Jones/Lancelot was in a major hurry for me to process the cards, but I held him off until the police let me know that the numbers had been tracked ... both were stolen, but neither of the true owners was aware of it ... I contacted Lancelot and told him the numbers wouldn't go thro and he provided a third and asked that I process have the cost and he would provide me with another payment for the remainder.
  My question is ... what financial gain does he get from these frauds ... why is he doing it?
  The phone number he used was 818-745-3640, and on the last call, caller display said 324-271-1893 and this area code does not exists in Canada or US

I gotta a cxall from this number abusing and using foul language. Who the hell is this guy.

Yes this guy is a sweet talker,but if you have any kind of mind you catch on fast. He has a bad accent and like a million phone numbers another on is 206-660-8933 and his international number is 233-244243914. I was told this is coming from Nigeria! Please becareful. A good site is Printnet.com   Has a list of scammers! Google is good to of course

keeps calling all day - man's voice

This Jones Lancelot guy emailed us about purchasing $10K worth of generators.  Wanted to charge them to a credit card.  He faxed copies of credit card and drivers license.  BOTH of which were FRAUD.  California drivers license and the Credit card number belonged to someone in North Carolia.  
We've contacted the local police and the FBI.  
He sent his faxes from a 443-451-8534 number that uses the name "Mark White".  Please be aware of this guy - FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

'had the same character email me with the intent to purchse a generator.
Sent three credit cards as well.
He also goes by Mark Henry I believe, as previously I received request for a generator in the same pattern from a Mark Henry in the UK.
This Mark Henry wanted me to ship the generator to him using a Carl Shipping Company out of Ghana West Africa.

i get call and hang ups from this number(703-651-7983) on my verizon cell phone. never leaves a message just calls repeatedly. i call this number back and it says something about aim phone line and seems to be a recorded message. its a lil troublesome but i just turn my phone off and that takes care of every thing.

This guy is contacting me, wanting to get to know me. He started right away talking about love and life with him..he started asking questions about my fin affairs. I called him on a few thing that did not seem right, I put it together, he is bad new's...he was trying to get into my life for a reason...Watch out this one is a real nut...Ging by the name of Handsomeking47@yahoo.com Also he is on Singlesnet.com..under the name of handsomesoul47...He has a pic of a hot guy from the US. This guy is not from the US. I heard his voice,not good at speaking english...also bad spelling.

I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND A WOMAN BY THE NAME MELISSA LEFT ME A MESSAGE.  SHE WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE SHE BASICALLY THINKS I HAVE BEEN HAVINGN AN AFFAIR WITH HER HUSBAND----I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THIS IS!!!  SHE SAID THAT SHE AND HER HUSBAND WERE IN KOREA AND THEY WOULD COME OUT TO EXCHANGE WORDS WITH ME WHEN THEY GET BACK INTO TOWN.....WHOA CRAZY PEOPLE........

I got an email today from someone I don't know and that same phone number is listed as a phone number for this charity, which by the way, I cannot locate online as actually being a charity. Hmmm

I called this number and found it is the phone number for AIM Call Out (http://call.aim.com/), a dirt-cheap service to make calls from a PC: AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), their website, or a SIP-device.

that number is now part of AOL "aim call out service"

basically you use it on your PC and you "pay as you go"

I was a memeber of eharmony.com and this is the number that he gave me as his cell phone, went by the name Richard Waters. I am thankful I read this page because I was to meet him tomorrow, but I called him on it. He had a very strong accent and was hard to understand him. Beware of these people, they are sweet talkers.

He says that he is calling from the Bahamas and wants to order $4,000.00 in drop safes. He wrote to me in an email (horrible speller) from email address smith_w2008@yahoo.com

This person went by the name Jones Lancelot. Wanted to order 15,000 worth of product. Wanted to spread payment between 3 credit cards. Called in the cards and all were Fraudulent or stolen. Avoid this one.
