5 calls a day. This has gone on for a week and the do not call list useless.
Strategic Fund Raising. Imposter charity calls, so allowed by do not call registry. Claiming from some charity I participate in which is a lie.

We are getting calls from this number 3 or 4 times every day of the week for several weeks now.  Never leave a message.  Caller id says NRA. I don't have any idea why I would be on their call list anyway.  I'm one of those east coast brie-eating prius driving liberals.

ooooh this number calls like clock work  at least 3 times a day.....never leave a message, and when I answer always asking for someone other than me.....sick to death of this.....NRA? what the heck it that?

I ask them not to call  my Number anymore. He said that he is from the NRA.

Someone has called at least once, sometimes three times a day from this number! They do not identify themselves and do not leave a message!

Get several calls per day from this number and caller id says NRA; they never leave a message. It is very annoying. I am on the Do Not Call Registry but it doesn't seem to help.

i think were dealing with the same person. at first i think it was the same person they blocked thier callls. they live in virgina btw.

calling day and night, yuck!

They have been calling at least once a day for the last week.  Every day it's an hour or so earlier than the previous day.  My caller ID shows NRA & (703) 653-0026.  This is getting very annoying...we are on every Do Not Call List out there and they keep calling.

703 653-0026 calls and hangs up when they get my answering machine.  I'm on the do not call list, too.

They called last night, but hubby didn't answer because he didn't know the caller (and what would the NRA have to do with him anyway?). They called again today, addressed me formally by my last name, then asked if my husband was home. I told them he was not and offered to take a message, which they refused and said they would call back at another time.  I immediately let them know they were welcome to do that and hung up. If anyone who wants to do business with my husband is afraid or unwilling to talk to me, they do not do business with my household.

Everyday for the last 3 weeks they have called. Annoying to say the least.

STRATEGIC FUNDRAISING ARE CON-ARTISTS AND HARASSERS! I'VE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST AND THEY ROUTINELY CALL THE SAME TIME ALMOST EVERYDAY!  I'M FILING CHARGES WITH MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AGAINST THEM!  There was another organization that called me on behalf of the NRA but they honored my request the first time I asked them to be removed from their list, but STRATEGIC WILL NOT DO THIS!

No, it's not strategic fund raising if they don't talk to you.  I get dead air when I answer.  If this is truly the NRA, they're doing it wrong and they could fix the problem.  If it isn't the NRA, they'd be wise to track down this prankster and stop the harassment, as it's not doing the NRA strategic fundraising effort any favors.

I get calls often that stop ringing before my answering machine picks up.  I suspect many are from FAKE caller IDs.  Before I got caller ID, I received MANY calls for an Alvin Johnson.  I was the lucky one that got Alvin's old number more than TWO years ago.  I always told them that I did not know Alvin or where he was.  I told them to stop calling me.  They keep calling anyway.
If the answering machine does pick up, all I hear are "boiler room" sounds.
Did I mention that they may be using FAKED caller IDs?  The numbers do not ever seem to go to a legitimate business when using Google to search.

They call and hang up when I answer.  I called it back and got automated answer if I wanted to be removed from their lists to dial '0'.  I did and it started ringing and ringing and ringing etc.  No one living ever answered.  They did say in their message that they were telemarketers that served a variety of charities and organizations.

Calls any day, anytime. No one says anything on the other end. I will become their worst nightmare if necessary.........
