I get calls all the time from these leeches for some scumbag named Irena Petric who I don't even know. I told them to take me off their list but they continue to call.  Now I just forward the call to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-888-382-1222.  I do this through my Comcast phone manager. You can probably do this through whatever phone company you have as well.  I also plan to forward the calls to my state Senators or Congressmans phone number.  Makes me laugh just thinking about it.

These morons call 5 to 8 times a day. 7 days a week. They are Assetacceptance ( dept collector )

We always got a call from this number for the last three months..they will start calling from 845AM for at least 4X a day. It is very annoying.

I get calls from these people or I used to for someone else, When ever I get a call from these people I answer by saying hello this is Phoenix police dept how may I help you... the calls stopped and I got a laugh for outsmarting them lol

I agree...in my opinion these collectors are basically criminals, and to prove that is easy...their robocalls are illegal, and who knows what else that they are doing which is illegal.

These vampires need to be investigated and closed down. People shouild not have to be harrassed like this over debt past the Statute of Limitations, and called at their place of work over it, which no doubt affects the person's credibility on the job and their future earnings potential.

I would be in total agreement to a huge class action lawsuit against these blatant scammers, as well as pursuing criminal charges against them for at the very least, the illegal robocalls.

These FOOLS call at 8:30 AM, 10:00PM and sometimes back to back all through the day.Something needs to be done about this harassment!!

they will often look for people with a name similar to yours and use your name and assign you some other persons debt. I had this happen to me. They could not verify it and it had to be removed.  a good majority of the time the debt they are trying to collect are past the statue of limitations. or in this case to a person who it did not belong to in the first place. monitor your credit report closely

Asset Acceptance trying to collect an aged debt. They sold this collection before. Now they have it back again.  I am in the process of reporting them to our state Attorney General.  It is a $2500 fine for each offense of re-aging a debt.

I got a call from this number and my wife answered it and they were trying to collect a $299 land line debt from 2004.  LOL I have NEVER had a land line and I was living with my parents at the time.
