They call and when I answer they said they put me on hold and never connect me to a person.

Get the same calls targeting my daughter who became disabled.
Suggested cure..get a magic jack phone number and use this as a contact for any debt agency. If you have access to the account in ? log on and change the contact info phone number.
You can see the number that calls without any harrasing ringing and you can just ignore them or send them a cease and decist ltr. via certified mail...

They call 5 times a day starting at 8am. Never lv a message but when I answer they want to ask all the questions yet give no answers. I've decided if the DO have a legit debt with me I will never pay it!

It is a debt collection agency. They are like mobsters - but I am beginning to think that mobsters have more heart - they will stop at nothing to get one dollar out of you. You can file a lawsuit against them for harassing you like that. It has been done very successfully. Look it up. And do not let them talk to you like that. They have no right.

These people are very annoying. My partner of 21 years passed only three days prior to this post. His sudden loss I am still recovering from. I attempted to call back this very number to inform them of his death.  They were rude, compassion-less, and grievously disrespectful. I informed them if the account is to be settled it would come from what most  respectable credit firms do is offer life insurance at no charge to the account.  At this point the person on the other end devolved into a belligerent Ebonics behavior and form of speech. I then proceeded to inform her that we could do it the easy (to me) way and I could send them the form letter from the deceased counsel stating that he has no assets and is judgement proof. (i.e.) They will just have to EAT IT! because the collection or debt will NEVER be paid and settled if they continue on in belligerence. Its my opinion that hey He was a number&nobody they are a rich bank (whatever) write it off or go stuff yourself!

I think this is a Target Collection Agency.  It sounds like the same automated answering system as 651-204-1310.  They call frequently and do not leave a message.
