I'm sick of these calls

They have started calling telling me they have an important message and to hold the line, I just hang up.

I have gotten calls from this number. No message. I refuse to answer a number I'm not familiar with.

Annoyed; they have called numerous times. Always a recording asking you to hold for call and it never goes past that!

It is a Scam. The real IC-Systems is in MN and this call comes from a block of numbers at a call relay in VA.  That is why it takes so long for the person in another location to pick up the phone.
This number already has several BBB complaints about fraud, privacy act violations, and identity theft.
Tell everyone you can to block this number and to not give any information to these criminals.
AT&T should be brought up on charges for setting these offshore re-directs up in the first place.

They make up "American" names.  They are usually from India.

I don't answer either my home or cell number if I don't recognize the number.  I have had people from India CALL, CALL, CALL!  I have cussed them (and they cuss me back).  They said I am being sued, owe bills, am approved for loans for cars and cash--none of which I applied for.  Sometimes I get in the mood to play with them.  I call them back 30-40 times in a row.  They finally don't answer.  The last guy I talked to claimed to be the IRS.  I told him that the IRS doesn't call people--they send letters.  Also, they don't hire people from India.  He threatened me.  I called him about every name I could think of at the top of my lungs.  He screamed back at me at the same time.  Neither knew what the other was saying.  I am SO SICK of these b*****ds that I want to hop on a plane and cut all of their lines.  The US should do something about these idiots.  They even go so far as to call with numbers in MY area code.  Too bad.  I don't pick up.  They can't even pronounce my name.  Some of their names are funny.  One guy said, "Hello.  This is June Carter."  I thought to myself, "I should have told him that I was Johnny Cash."  

They have (800) 649-9713 listed as a customer contact fax number. I will re-fax my cease and desist to this number as they called me today.

Thank you for posting the fax number. I just faxed a Cease and Desist letter to them. They were constantly calling a family member in another state to get information on me. Very creepy!

I got the call and didn't answer it so I don't know what they want ... I can tell you this .. I do not owe ATT any money ... must be a scam like Lisa says.

This is collections from at&t i believe

on february 22 i was stupid enough to call IC systems regarding a debt that was supposedly in collections.  it was for first energy (our electric provider).  i was not thinking at the time so i went along with it.  Her name was Brenda.  she said we were behind in our electric bill and that it was in collections.  she urged me to set up a payment and then another soon after in order to keep our power on.  here is the thing, my wife's name was on the letter in the mail and i am on our electric bill account.  i did not notice it was a scam until i received my electric bill yesterday in the mail.  it still is not paid!!!  a fat shut off notice for the 13th of march if we do not pay 81.  i paid these people 233.38 and a charge of 12 to process it!!!!  my electric company is closed until monday so i could not contact them.  i also called my bank to get a dispute to get the money back.  Wow!!!! i did research and saw that many others like myself get nailed by these people.  at the time i just got my tax return and was happy to pay all of the bills at once not even thinking of calling my electric company.  anyone else get this or has spoken to Brenda?

they call everyday. several times. when I pick up just an auto message. STOP CALLING

They called and refused to identify themselves with Out of the Area phone number and telling you that the call may be monitored. Unless you give them that right, they cannot do that. It is unlawful to harass a person in his own home.

These ppl keep calling and want to collect money for a telephone bill. Which we don't owe. They have such a nasty attitude when I told them we don't owe a bill. then he is going to ask me how can i prove that i paid the bill. I call AT&T the office was close but i will give them the phone number they're calling from.

I just got a new at&t prepaid phone 7 weeks ago. A few weeks back I got a collections call from a 614 number for some guy I never heard of, and didn't think much of it. Just yesterday, I got a call from this 703 number before 9am, and again today, both times with no message. I really hope this BS doesn't continue. Like others have stated, I don't have any unpaid debts to justify being called.

I have been getting calls from this number for over a week now. I recieve about 3 to 4 times a day and no says anything when I answer.

It's a scam.  It sucks when you have to change your cell phone number because of scammers in foreign countries trying to obtain bank information from gullable youngsters and senior citizens.

THEY CALLED TODAY AND DIDN'T SAY NOTHING JUST HANG UP. IF THEY ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR I OWE NO ONE SO PLEASE HELP ME FIND A WAY TO BLOCK CALLS FROM UNKNOWN CALLERS EMAIL ME AT TARASHA44@GMAIL.COM. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Keep getting calls from this number. Not answering as I don't recognize.

This number calls me every day at 9pm, even though I've asked them to stop. I do not owe any money to AT&T. It's a scam.

Keep calling can not understand man and he is very rude and insisting on information that should not be given out to random callers.

This number calls our non-profit line day and night.....no one answers the line.  If this is a collection agency, you'd think someone would be on the line to ask for someone.  I will report it to AT&T stat!
