I think your problem is in relying on email and phone contact, and lip service given to required opt-out provisions. A cease-comm notice via USPS Certified with return card will set a legal landmine. The Elkhurst website linked earlier in this thread makes no secret of the firm's location.

I now get more calls since trying to opt out via phone, web site and email.  I now get called almost on the hour every hour.  I also called another business at the address elkhurst communications is listing

It is obvious that they do not care about harassing people - but I sure hope someone is able to find out the owner name or a contact phone number and post it so everyone can start calling him/her 5 times a day - and/or someone get some more information to possibly take legal action.

I'm getting harrassed by this phone number multiple times a day.

I am still getting calls 3-5 times a day from this company even after I have opted out via phone and email and also emailed them threatening a law suit if I get one more call.  Since that email went out, I have received 3 more calls.  I even answered the survey at one point thinking that now that I have answered the survey I would no longer be called - no such luck.  I am unable to find any corporate information or BBB information on them to get to a live person or company executive - anyone have any ideas???  I answered the survey they called about and still getting calls.  I went to the web site and opted out twice, called to opt out twice and emailed to opt out twice - never getting a live person, only automated processes or IVR's - and I just got another call again - this is ridiculous - there has to be some corporate or sales contact for this company -...  this is beyond harassment.  I am currently recovering from 4 procedures surgery and every time they call I have to get out of bed to get to the phone, thinking it is a family or friend member checking on me, and they are causing me not only physical pain but pure frustration on top of it.  Anyone have an attorney on this?  Deal me in if you do...

I get about 5 calls a day from this number and because I don't recognize it, I won't pick it up.  Sometimes the calls come within minutes of each other.

They have called me 2-3 times a day for the last week. How do I stop this????

I have opted out twice by form, opted out by phone and also emailed to opt out.  My last email advised if I get one more call from them again I will initiate a law suit as it is harassment calling 3 - 5 times a day.  I will monitor posts for this company and phone number and if anyone has also opted out numerous times and also have it in writing via email and the calls don't stop - comment here.

Just tried to call the number for Elkhurst to opt out, but it won't take my phone number.  Nothing I can do to stop it.

have been calling multiple times a day, morning, midday and night, every 10 minutes or so.  Never any one there if I answer, but number it is coming from caller id is 703-656-9880 and lists "opinion poll".  Driving us crazy.

we've been getting these calls at least 4-5 every evening it's annoying, no way to stop the calls.  sometimes there's no one there other times it's some political survey from Elkhurst research

These people are calling every five minutes, it's getting annoying. It makes me want to not vote for this person.

Question: why is Amy Stephens employing people in VA for her campaign, when many CO residents would love to have a job?

Possible answer: The same big money that paid Amy to put in CO state AmyObamacare are running her campaign because the man with the money makes the decisions, not the face on the camera.

Some marketing firm stating they are doing a survey , call comes in as a Virginia phone number - I didn't catch the name of the automated IVR caller.

The caller neither identifies themself nor leaves a message

no one there,,,just annoying calls around 6pm
