I just got a call from them and called back. i got through to an automated system and there was an option to place my number on the do not call list. fingers crossed

I got this number on my cell phone and I have been getting scammers calling me so I choose NOT to answer, I called the 703-656-9883 back and all I get is a stupid busy signal! Ugg......very irriatating!

They won't stop calling!!!!

This number has been calling me and I am on the Do Not Call List and it is driving me nuts. Someone needs to put a stop to whoever it is. I am reporting it so that I can get it blocked from calling me. The problem is that I am job hunting and I have to answer or I will never get hired.

I am not 100 percent sure but I think these calls come from a company that sells ED pills like Viagra or Cialis  so if you ever bought these pills or any other medications on line then that could be who it is. I received a call a while back asking me if I wanted to buy more pills but I never looked at the number till today when they called again and asked for me but couldn't pronounce my name right so I told them they had the wrong number. I could be wrong but one person said there caller ID said the call came from ED (Erectile Dysfunction)

I continue to get calls from this number.  They don't leave a message, and when I call back the number is busy.

i have been getting calls from this num 703-656-9883 they say nothing when u answer and u call back and it busy . i wish this number would stop calling..

This phone number keeps coming up on my cell phone now. I called the FTC (Federal Trade Comission) and reported it when they were calling my home phone so they have switched harassment techniques. I do not know why this number keeps calling. When anyone in my household answers, whoever is on the other end makes a random statement and hangs up-no identification as to who they are calling for, who is calling or why they are calling. Some of the random statements have even bordered on threats. It is my strong recommendation that next time this number, or any of their other many numbers call, to report them immediately with times and dates to the FTC. a local number is listed in all phone books along with an 800 number for the main branch.

I received a call from this number today ony home phone.  The female on the phone barley spoke English and she asked for my daughter.  I told her that she no longer lived here so she was rude and asked to speak her again....Hmmm she still does not live here!!  No message, I ahve no idea who this is.  It came up as "ED" on my caller ID.

"Ed" cal and hung up when I said I am an older woman

I keep getting this number calling me and when I return it, the line is busy.  They keep calling my work too.

We have received6+ calls from this number...We are on the National Do NOT Call list

I've gotten several calls from this number.
It's really pissing me off.
I scream in to the phone..." Quit fu_____ing calling me fu____er!" But still won't quit calling me!

Same thing happend to me today... Caller Id was "ED" I have a friend named Ed.. I pick up no one answers... I call back and it said "Thank You for calling back, Now please press 1 to enter or press 9 to be removed"... How bored do people have to be to do things like this realy... Oh And they also called my work..

I also believe it is a company trying to further education, or it must have come from one of the job sites I logged into.

No message left. The name on the caller ID says Quick. What ever or who ever they are, are stupid because if i din't know you i won't answer the phone. They are just like a comercial when they raise the volume up i ether turn the channel,turn it down or mute it. And i'm sure the people who do that out weighs the people who don't.

Recived a number of phone calls from this number today and when answered no one would answer back, then we became disconnected. I called back a few times only to hear 'you have these options" with no options avalible.

i keep getting calls from this number every other 3 hours of every day.. haven't answered it once but judging by what everybody else is saying it's not worth answering

got a call from 703-656-9883  caller asked for me but wife could not understand caller, caller started call with how are you today makes me think it was a script reader and call was for a scam

So far today this number has called me twice so far. The first time I didnt answer and I got a message with just noise in the background. Then the next call I decided to answer and they hung up. I have ne idea who this could be. Could it be a collection company?
