THey call my work phone and harrass us about 75 times per week!  Fed up!

they call many times during the day and at late as (9:PM)at night. When answeres, I either get no reply or silence. That's when I hang up and refuse to answer any more of their calls.

These people call at ;east 2 to 3 times a week asking for Bryan Lovely. I have told them 6 times he does not and has not had this phone number in 3 years. This is a trac phone and I pay for the minutes for emergencies only. I am a senior citizen.

Seems to be a collector, Would not divulge even the identity of their company unless I would verify SSN & DOB, which I refuse to do because of identity theft issues I had 2 years ago. After I refused to co-oporate until they successfully identified themselves, she said "If you are not willing to validate your identity, I will have to terminate this call." ... I said great! Goodbye.

You listen to the message that is left and get the extension (these bottom feeders always have a "personal extension" which is probably located in a corner in their basement with spiders!) and you call that phone number and extension back at like 2:00 a.m. when you know that are sleeping or at least their conscious is TRYING to sleep and you leave a message like this..."I have received numerous calls to 333-333-3333 (your home phone but DO NOT give your name).  I am recording this message I am leaving also and you must cease contacting me immediately.  I will be contacting the Prosecutor immediately with your next call."

This number calls no less than 20 times a week. All week long and on weekends (including Sunday) until about 9:00 pm.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  I have had the same phone number for 15 years and have absolutely no debt so I don't know why they are calling me.  If anyone has an idea how to stop the harrassing calls from this number please let everyone know.

i've also been getting calls all day long form this #.  same thing. No message.  I believe it's about a My ex's lowes card that has nothing to do with me!  How can they get away with calling 10X's a day?

False pretense violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  You can report this agency for violation

Called about a John A. Wilson with a fake phone number, they are a collection agency, first they give fake name and false pretense get you to verify your billing information, and finally tell you the truth about the nature of the call.  Is there anything anyone can do about this?  Is it legal on how they do it?

I got one better for you.  This # called and they left a voice mail saying they were the St Petersburg times, and left the following # to return the call, said they wanted to make sure I had received my newspaper. (800) 888-7012.  2 minutes later same lady called from a different but similar # (703-656-9960)with a different message

Thsi is the company website. it says to call them if they contacted you, but I sent email thru site anyway telling them to stop. Lets see what they do...

Apparently, this may be some legitimate creditor, although it would be nice if they would identify themselves upfront.
